Position Overview
The Director of Art + Photography has the responsibility for the design and development of the visual and aesthetic direction of Shaw’s residential marketing family of brands (Shaw Floors, A/T, COREtec, Philadelphia Commercial, 5th + Main) which includes web, digital, print collateral, logos, POP, trade show exhibits, merchandising graphics, and photography. This role will set the holistic design vision and guide a team of graphic designers, creatives, and photographers through all phases of key projects while working closely with the media and content leaders as part of the in-house creative team.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Lead team cross-functionally across residential marketing to develop best-in-class visual content.
* Direct team of graphic designers and photographers to fulfill art needs for our key audiences/channels such as retail, builder, sales team, distributor consumer.
