This project is under the direction of Nathania ten Wolde, a Masters student in screenwriting and directing at Columbia University, bringing her unique vision shaped by her upbringing in Bayou La Batre.

ADINA (Lead, Female, 8-13 years old, Caucasian/Mixed/Ethnically ambiguous):

• Characteristics: Quiet, observant, feels like an outsider even within her own family.

• Responsibilities: Must convey a range of subtle emotions, work well under direction, and interact convincingly with other characters.

KATHY (Supporting, Female, Late 30s – Early 40s, Caucasian/Mixed/Ethnically ambiguous):
