Job Description

A production is casting background performers to recreate key moments from a marathon journey, including start-line scenes with elite athletes and an emotional finish-line sequence. Talent will portray marathon runners (elite and fun runners) and energetic supporters in a finish-line crowd to help build an uplifting, cinematic atmosphere.

Job Responsibilities

  • Portray a marathon runner or enthusiastic supporter on camera for key race-day scenes.

  • Follow direction from the production team and maintain continuity across takes.

  • Arrive camera-ready and match the requested “early 2000s” (2003-style) look as closely as possible.

  • Participate in light action such as running, reacting, cheering, and crowd movement as directed.

  • Maintain professionalism on set and cooperate with cast, crew, and other background talent.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable being filmed in public, outdoor conditions.

  • Ability to take direction, remain focused, and repeat actions for multiple takes.

  • For runner roles: must be able to jog/run comfortably as needed for scenes.

  • Must be able to provide your own wardrobe that fits the requested early-2000s marathon vibe (guidance/mood board referenced by production).

  • Reliable transportation to set.

We’re looking for an Art Director who’s obsessed with visual storytelling and social-first creativity. If TikTok is your playground and you love turning trends into scroll-stopping ideas, this is your chance to make an impact. You’ll work on new business pitches and existing clients—we have over 100 brands in the UK, so expect variety and constant creative challenges. From social-first activations to integrated campaigns, you’ll flex your conceptual muscles and push boundaries with AI-powered creativity.We’re also looking for a junior copywriter – so we welcome applications from creative teams.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop big ideas that start on social but scale across integrated campaigns.

Job Description

Introduction to the Role

Reporting to the Publishing Director, Operations & Editorial, the Assistant Project Editor will oversee the publishing process for selected titles across the William Collins and 4th Estate lists (including new editions, digital products, paperbacks and reprints) and assist the Publishing Director in tasks required to keep the publishing programme up to date. This is not a commissioning role.

Key Tasks and Accountabilities:

  • Project managing titles from handover of manuscript through to production
  • Ensuring there is good communication between all design, production and editorial teams
  • Assisting with various aspects to ensure that the publishing programme is kept up to date

Skills Required

  • Excellent editing, proofreading and communication skills
  • Some desk-editing/project-managing experience. Experience working on illustrated titles is desirable but not essential
  • A strong sense of strategic planning with excellent prioritisation/time-management skills
  • The ability to work flexibly and calmly under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • An interest in literary publishing

About the role:

As Influencer Manager, you’ll be responsible for transforming social data into actionable insights that drive strategy, creativity, and performance across multi-brand portfolio. You’ll lead social listening, trend analysis, and performance reporting, ensuring our campaigns are informed by data and optimised for impact across diverse markets.

What you will be doing:

  • Monitor conversations, hashtags, and emerging trends across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube).
  • Use social listening tools to identify opportunities for engagement and content creation.
  • Provide cultural and category insights to inform campaign planning.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as engagement, reach, sentiment, and share of voice.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimisation.
  • Distinguish between paid and organic impact in reporting.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • 5+ years in social analytics, insights, or digital strategy roles.
  • Strong knowledge of social listening tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr) and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven analytics and best practice prompting for LLMs.
  • Ability to distil actionable insights from large datasets and present them clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for storytelling with data.
  • Experience working across multiple brands and markets, ideally within FMCG or retail.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple reporting cycles simultaneously.
