Job Description:

ECE Talent Agency is seeking an experienced Wardrobe Assistant to support a promotional photoshoot for a major hotel/entertainment company. This role involves working closely with 10–13 talents under the supervision of the Head Wardrobe Stylist. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in wardrobe styling or assistance and must be available for the full duration of the shoot.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Wardrobe Stylist with preparing and organizing wardrobe items.
  • Ensure talent is appropriately dressed and styled for the photoshoot.
  • Help with quick wardrobe changes and adjustments on set as needed.
  • Maintain the wardrobe area, ensuring all items are properly handled and organized.
  • Collaborate with the styling team to ensure the shoot runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Must have prior experience as a Wardrobe Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Full availability for the scheduled shoot days.
  • Must be located in or able to travel to Baltimore, Maryland.

Compensation:

  • Rate: $360/day for 10-hour days.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of tour management experience.
  • Comfortable driving and maneuvering trailers.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide for the duration of the tour.

Compensation Details

  • $1,470 per week salary.
  • $68–$92 per day GSA food per diem.
  • Hotel reimbursement at GSA rates.
  • 1099 independent contractor position.
  • Paid bi-weekly.
