Job Description
Universal Studios Japan (Osaka) is seeking talented mascot performers to join their entertainment team. Selected performers will appear in both resident shows and parades, bringing beloved characters to life for audiences from around the world.
Job Responsibilities

Perform as a mascot character in shows and parades

Deliver up to 6 performances per day, 5 days a week (with 2 days off)

Maintain high energy and character integrity throughout performances

Work collaboratively with other cast and crew to ensure seamless productions
Requirements

Height: 112.5 cm – 135 cm

Must be available for the full contract period: January 2026 – January 2027

Previous performance experience preferred but not required

Must be physically able to handle mascot performance duties
Compensation
-
Annual salary: $51,000 NET (includes bonuses, living allowance, and transportation)
