Please note this role is remote, but the ideal candidate resides in the New York Metro area.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help implement global influencer marketing strategy, establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships through organic and sponsored content and networking
  • Retain current influencer base and grow new influencers as ambassadors of the brand
  • Support development of global influencer marketing strategy to encourage advocacy and support key launches
  • Identify and execute influencer partnerships
  • Understand the influencer landscape, their social platforms, content creation patterns and their work within the beauty industry
  • Harness storytelling to leverage influencers to connect to brand objectives and consumer needs
  • Use tools such as Tribe Dynamics for social tracking, database management, and reporting on brand and campaign KPIs for the global team
  • Track and analyze performance of influencer outreach, content, and conversion rates to estimate ROI and advise on best strategies
  • Perform competitive analysis, industry research, and continually assess best practices and KPIs
  • Monitor, track and share new digital and social trends, tools and platforms to connect with brand strategies

 

Qualifications

  • 4-5 Years of Influencers Marketing experience, with beauty experience being a plus
  • Detailed oriented, self-starter who is highly motivated and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience Managing a team, while still executing and strategizing at the same time
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Experience using Tribe Dynamics, Grin or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Superb time management skills and ability to work in a high-paced work environment
  • Proven track record driving results
  • Personal interest in the beauty industry

A new student film pilot is seeking a skilled and motivated 1st Assistant Camera (1st AC) to join the crew and assist with pulling focus during production. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate on a creative project, gain hands-on experience on set, and earn IMDB credit for your work. The film is non-union and designed for emerging professionals looking to build their portfolios while working in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Pull focus and support the Director of Photography during filming

  • Assist with camera setup and maintenance throughout production

  • Collaborate with crew to maintain shot consistency and camera performance

  • Adapt to schedule changes and contribute to an efficient shooting process

Requirements

  • Prior experience or training as a 1st AC preferred

  • Strong understanding of camera focus systems and tools

  • Ability to work with a student team and flexible shoot schedule

  • Must be based in or able to work in Los Angeles

  • Open availability between shoot dates or willingness to communicate your schedule
