Experienced Casting Assistant

Heather Basten Casting is looking for an experienced casting assistant to start ASAP until November 2022.
You will be responsible for supporting a busy and friendly office. We are looking for someone who has a great work ethic, friendly, self-driven and able to jump straight in. A laptop or computer will be provided.

The role will be full-time subject to a 1 week paid trial perioud.

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience as a casting assistant
  • Extremely high attention to details and strong admin skills
  • Great knowledge of UK and US agents
  • Able to mostly work from our studio in Hackney Wick, London
  • Google Drive, Apple and tech proficient to handle uploads/ editing.
  • Possibly running casting session at times

Pay commensurate with experience but above London living wage.

• Help coordinate and align systems to support a smooth post-production pipeline

Requirements
• Experience in production, coordination, or similar administrative roles
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple deadlines
• A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn across departments
• Organisational savvy with high attention to detail

Compensation
• £32,500 annual salary
• Full-time, hybrid office-based
