The position of Booker is a very important role at BGT, and the ideal candidate possesses confidence and the ability to operate autonomously, as well as able to work well within a team.
The role includes:
- Creating casting briefs in our online booking system that incorporate an accurate view of the clients’ requests.
- Oversee fully and hold complete responsibility for your TV shows, movie, and commercial bookings.
- Being available to work on weekends and evenings as needed (such as finding last minute replacements). You will be required to be on call to your clients 24/7 as shoots aren’t always 9-5 Monday-Friday.
The role would start on part-time hours during training and then move into full time hours once the successful candidate holds their own jobs.
This job is most suitable for someone who is able to stay calm in high-stress situations (dealing with last minute changes), great at multi-tasking (working on multiple shoots simultaneously), has a high-attention to detail, and is tech-savvy.
