We are an adult film company looking for a Post-Production Supervisor to join our small, but mighty team. Our office is located in Pasadena, California; this is an in-house position. MUST BE 18 years of age or older and comfortable with various types of adult film content.Â

Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities:
- Compliance and Review- As an adult film company, we adhere to strict rules and regulations.Â
- Point person for all content delivery including licensed content, in-house production, and partner contentÂ
- Quality assurance and stringent compliance review for all content including streaming videos and DVD materials (spelling, format, content restrictions, etc.)
- Paperwork compliance (2257, model releases, foreign film certifications, etc.)
- Review content management system inputs
- Backup and Content Processing
- Raw and edited content backups
- Upload content to our server
- Content delivery go-between for editorÂ
- Import content into content management system for encoding
- Create and implement streaming and DVD release schedule using content analysis to ensure diverse, interesting, and efficient releases
- Reporting
- Track and update all site and DVD releases
- Monitor sales reports and trends to make informed decisions on content releases
- Maintain and review KPI reports for content team
- Management
- Collaborate with all teams to ensure the content department has what it needs and vice versa
- Communicate with distributors for timely releases, issue resolution, and success strategies
- Oversee content team including delivery, resupplies, content tracking, tube vod and strategy implementation and success
- Oversee all content projects from start to finish to ensure workflow is efficient, productive, and optimized
- Make decisions regarding content rotation and recycling
- Give suggestions for how to raise revenue via new content locations or content usageÂ
- Troubleshooting content issues

- Experience in team management with the strong ability to oversee, delegate, and correct various tasks, reports, and projects.Â
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere.
