In 2022, NICCE will evolve through its direct-to-consumer retail model, investment in product range and plans to grow the brand – placing a greater focus on movement, wellness and sustainability.
NICCE are recruiting a Senior Creative Producer to lead the brand’s content and production requirements. This role will report into the Head of Marketing, whilst playing a pivotal role across the business.
Main Responsibilities
As part of an in-house design and creative production set-up, the Senior Creative Producer will manage a team responsible for delivering creative and production solutions for all business and brand communication, including branding, marketing, sales tools and retail/eCommerce content requirements.
Creative

- Partner with founder and/or external creative consultant(s) to translate the brand’s creative direction into guidelines that govern product design, content creation and channel specific content needs.
- Continually uphold brand identity and guidelines, elevating creative standards across the business.
- Evolve the company’s approach to creative production, including the use of external parties and optimisation of creative output across the business.
- Translate creative briefs from the business into production and design tasks.
- Support briefing of external creative agencies for top tier campaigns.
- Creative ideation for low-tier, seasonal and non-consumer facing content.
- Organise creative reviews and approvals.
- Line manager of in-house graphic designers.

- Own the end-to-end production process across all business briefs
- Assemble and book the full production team and talent.
- On-shoot Creative Producer role, as well as Art Direction on smaller shoots
- Manage and develop the Creative Production Assistant
- Manage the annual production budget, including agreed scope of work with external suppliers / agency.
- Guide the business’ wider business production needs; including event and retail production.

Requirements

- Passionate about creative, fashion, retail, and production
- Established network of creative and production contacts and suppliers
- Able to ideate and concept, bring new ideas to the group, whilst ensuring slick production and operational excellence to make it happen
- Confidently manage multiple shoot timelines simultaneously
- Can work under pressure, prioritise and manage tight deadlines
- Desire to be hands on and holds ability to problem solve
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Collaborative and can build relationships cross functionally
- Understanding of the NICCE brand and customer
- Able and willing to travel locally, which can be at short notice and on occasion outside of traditional work hours
- Team management experience – recruitment, training and development of personnel

- Minimum 6 years’ experience in shoot production
- Proven success producing for fashion and lifestyle clients and brands, across stills, motion and integrated projects. From concept, right through to delivery
- Interest and/or experience in creative strategy and branding
- Experience in-house at a brand is advantageous
- IRL activation and event experience preferable
