We’re hiring for our first Influencer Executive to join our Brand Marketing Team. Reporting into our Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Researching and suggesting new Influencers to work with globally (focus on US and UK)
- Managing and negotiating global Influencer contracts ensuring monthly retainer targets are being met
- Building your own roster of Influencers dependant on campaign requirements and marketing objectives and ensuring influencers are regularly posting and keeping within their agreed contracts
- Work alongside the social team to ensure all content created out of the Influencer Programme is shared to be used across Solado’s owned channels
- Building and managing the gifting programme
About You
You love content and have a firm understanding of what will drive results via short form and long form means, and have worked with creators within the Youtube, Instagram, Tik Tok and Snapchat platforms. You have a collaborative working style sharing ideas, taking feedback and communicating updates effectively to ensure everyone is on the same page.
You thrive in fast paced working environments and can think on your feet and react to changes in plans whenever they arise calmly and offer solutions for the talent or the team.
