Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and strategic Brand Creative Director to shape the look & feel, voice, and overall brand experience. You will play a pivotal role in building our creative center of excellence by leading the process of bringing brand voice and creative to life. You will be working as both a team lead and an individual contributor, creating world-class designs while mentoring other designers on the team. You are a results-driven creative and are able to balance creativity with business objectives by thinking strategically about how branding efforts can drive results.
The ideal candidate has a strong grasp on the creative landscape but also has a deep understanding of brand and integrated marketing experience. They are highly in touch with culture, understand brand voice & experience and know how to lead design and creative campaigns and projects from concept to execution.

This role will be reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop compelling integrated marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Lead the design and implementation of all marketing materials including digital assets, emails, website, print collateral, packaging designs etc.
- Take ownership of end-to-end brand management processes from ideation to execution.
- Build strong relationships throughout the company in an effort to unify our narrative and amplify our brand across touchpoints.
- Ensure cohesion across all channels.
- Develop scalable processes and best practices, gain buy in with the team and then roll-out.
- Work with internal marketers, copywriters and designers to ensure visual and messaging consistency across all touchpoints, including website, digital and offline advertising, retail and other brand collateral.
- Mentoring and leading external and internal creative team members including agencies & contractors.
- Oversee photoshoots and provide art direction support when needed.
Requirements:
- Graphic Design background; ideally a BFA in Design.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to translate complex topics into consumer-friendly brand experiences using messaging and visual design.
- Proven track record in successfully developing and growing brands in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience and appreciation for rigorously testing & optimizing creative to deliver on sales goals and performance KPIs.
- Highly collaborative and able to partner with and support the needs of a range of internal stakeholders.
- Passion for design. You stay current and ahead of the latest design trends and digital advancements.
- Ability to translate high-level feedback into actionable insights, while maintaining your POV as a lead.
- An outstanding portfolio showcasing exceptional design and successful marketing campaigns.
