Celebrity Casting & Talent Coordinator

We are currently partnered with a global audiobook and podcast company that is looking for a Talent Coordinator – Casting & Talent. This role starts as a 9-month contract with the potential to extend and is hybrid in Newark, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

  • Book travel (cars, flights, hotels) for celebrity talent participating in press days, events, festivals, recordings and other appearances
  • Negotiate and book hair, makeup, and styling for celebrity talent when participating in any of the above.
  • Invoicing for travel and glam
  • Create talent itineraries (and create itinerary templates for long term use)
  • Develop and maintain VIP lists for invitations to Audible events, openings, etc.
  • Data entry and maintenance for long-term talent tracking (offers, fees, number of days, reps, promo obligations)
  • Create and maintain a glam database (names, reps, fees)
  • Track celebrity travel costs
  • Track fulfillment of celebrity promo commitments to ensure that what was negotiated in the deal is executed by talent (social media posts, press interviews, quotes, etc.) and also retroactively track what commitments were negotiated in the deal but not leveraged by internal teams
  • Support the creation of guidelines and parameters for talent attendance and participation at events (e.g. caps for glam/travel budgets, guidance on what we will or won’t cover, including number of additional talent guests considered, etc.)

  • Must be local to the metro Atlanta/Marietta area or willing to work as a local.
  • Reliable transportation to and from set.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

Compensation Details:

  • Ultra-low-budget rates in accordance with ULB guidelines. Specific rates will be provided upon offer.
