Enterprise & Business Development Marketing Manager

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced candidate to join our dynamic team. You’ll develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across various channels and generating qualified leads.

The Enterprise & Business Development Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to achieve business goals in the Americas region. You will work across a variety of use-cases and industries including media & entertainment, industrial design, education, healthcare, public sector and more.

The ideal candidate possesses ability to wear multiple marketing hats and excels working in an agile environment. The candidate should possess an extreme interest in Wacom’s customers (such as media & entertainment), new technologies and telling compelling stories that combine propositions from Wacom and our partners.

The role requires a deep understanding of technology sales cycles for both hardware and software, as well as how to support B2B sales teams. The candidate should also have a strong track record of working with industry partners to support the development and launch of shared marketing products and programs.

Exceptional organization skills, appetite for risk-taking, out of the box thinking and creative problem-solving skills are a must.

Location: This position can be based in our Portland, OR, office, hybrid, or fully remote (West Coast preferred). Occasional domestic travel may be required.

Pay & Benefits: $80,000-$103,000 base salary + 10% targeted annual bonus. Pay within this range is based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. What you will be doing:

  • Conceptualize, develop & execute top-of-funnel lead generation programs to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
  • Build dynamic demand generation & nurturing programs that are optimized to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Manage a variety of Enterprise & Business Development marketing activities, including but not limited to:
    • Digital marketing: email marketing, web forms, PPC, website/landing page development, reporting, etc.
    • Field marketing: Plan, promote and execute webinars + events, secure high-quality leads from Wacom & partner events, develop nurture programs, etc.
    • Content marketing: Collaborate internally to develop content marketing assets including blog posts, articles, case studies, white papers etc.
    • Industry & partner marketing: Working with industry partners to execute joint marketing programs.
  • Collaborate closely with inside sales & field sales to improve conversion on outreach
  • Partner with colleagues in product management, customer engagement, operations and channel sales to support the end-to-end B2B sales lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Business Development team members to increase revenue, improve conversion rates and reduce churn on new business models
  • Work closely with team members to conceptualize and execute compelling value-proposition driven content
  • Manage and analyze marketing data to measure campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in B2B marketing and proactively integrate innovative strategies into the marketing mix.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets

Skills you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred – Experience in technology & industry marketing.
  • Experience working in a hands-on agile ‘startup’ environment.
  • Highly developed communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, with a demonstrable track record of success in generating qualified leads and driving sales growth.
  • 3+ years’ experience in creating compelling content to drive conversion.
  • 3+ experience working with and across different marketing functions (SoMe, Brand, etc.)
  • Demonstrated expertise in web, email, social media, other digital platforms.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proven ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment.

Experience with any of the following is highly desirable:

  • Act-On or other marketing automation tool
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, esp. Lead to Campaign workflows
  • Adobe Creative Suite including PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver
  • Conversational reading/writing and speaking either Spanish, French or Portuguese
