3D Artist – Lead/Manager

7T is seeking an experienced 3D Artist /Designer to join our team. The primary responsibility of the role will be to supervise asset creation team as they develop 3D clothing models for use in a web application.

Skills

  • Virtual Clothing Software – Marvelous Designer, Clo
  • 3d Modeling Software – 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender
  • GLTF Editor – Gestaltor
  • Adobe Photoshop

Responsibilities

  • Direction – Review assets and provide internal direction to ensure each asset meets the quality level set by the specifications.
  • Leadership – Work with designers/artists to ensure development of assets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work with the development team to ensure assets meet technical specifications – e.g., file structure, consistent position and units, name conventions
  • Shader Development – GLB material creation
  • Asset Development – Modeling, shading, UV unwrapping as needed.
  • Asset Optimization – Ensure digital assets are appropriately formatted, tagged, and optimized for web use
  • Quality Control – Conduct quality checks and reports on digital assets to ensure they meet established standards, are error-free, and align with guidelines set by the development team.

  • Must be local to the metro Atlanta/Marietta area or willing to work as a local.
  • Reliable transportation to and from set.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

Compensation Details:

  • Ultra-low-budget rates in accordance with ULB guidelines. Specific rates will be provided upon offer.
