SUMMARY
Experience Fresh is a full service, independent agency based in St. Louis. We are looking to add an Art Director to our fast-growing team who can work from our offices (with some opportunity for limited remote).
The core responsibility of this position is to contribute and provide design support within the design team. This position reports directly to the Sr. Art Director, and will have an opportunity to work across several exciting clients in various industries. Agency Experience, attention to detail, and ability to meet fast-paced deadlines required.Â

KEY SKILLS & PROFICIENCIES
- Strong design portfolio
- Solid understanding of design principles
- Strong layout and typography skills
- Proven experience as an Art Director in an ad/marcom agency or related industry
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Deep understanding of current design trends, UX/UI principles, and best practices for digital platforms
- Proficiency in Figma and Webflow
- Photography and animation skills a plus but not required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate and present creative concepts effectively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with client teams to ensure proactive communication throughout the project scope
- Take direction and be able to produce high quality work
- Balance multiple projects and meet or exceed deadlines
- Collaborate with the Associate Art Director and provide mentorship
Schedule: Mon-Fri, occasional meetings and events outside office hours, with some opportunity for limited remote.
Office Hours: 8:30-5:00
Compensation: Salary, BOE
