Position Summary:
Brown Jordan Inc. is seeking a Digital Coordinator to join our marketing team! The coordinator will help support Brown Jordan Inc’s family of brands in digital marketing efforts. Our ideal candidate is a self-driven and innovative problem-solver passionate about marketing who can help develop materials for various audiences on various platforms and channels. Further, the candidate will have experience developing creative messages and techniques for promoting brands and products to new and existing customers and the ability to track and report on those efforts.
Projects will be varied and fast paced, requiring regular communication with the Creative and Marketing teams to produce and manage high quality images and assets, and varied special projects both print and web. Must have proficient knowledge and skillset in Adobe Creative Cloud and be Mac/PC savvy. Daily communication with various project leads and department leaders will be required to ensure timely delivery of assignments.
Major Duties:
· Build, execute, measure, and optimize digital advertising, email marketing and social media campaigns.
· Assist with digital campaigns to help drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and conversions.
· Build and test new creatives and content, while optimizing for various audiences and product offerings.
· Support marketing team in executing the brand’s digital marketing strategy by providing insights, optimizations, and placement when necessary.
· Track leads and ROI in CRM
· Regularly perform keyword research and track digital marketing trends.
· Provide support for social media networks.
· Ensure content is optimized for SEO across various channels and provide support where needed.
· Measure and report on performance of all paid and organic digital marketing campaigns.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Track and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.
· Assists with developing landing pages for digital campaigns, product launches and initiatives.
· Support and manage various marketing and website tasks in our project management platform.
· Provide support on various HubSpot tasks including creating workflows, email blasts, forms, and campaigns.
· Help manage digital marketing budgets for paid search and social media.
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field required.
· 2 + years of experience in digital marketing.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and digital branding.
· Knowledge of inbound marketing and digital selling for B2B, B2C and eCommerce.
· Experience working in the Google Marketing Platform including, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Looker Studio and Google Ads.
· Experience building paid search and social media campaigns.
· Experience working in Meta Business Suite and Facebook Ads Manager.
· Has data analysis skills to optimize campaigns based on performance trends and insights.
· Outstanding organizational skills; well organized and self-directed with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to independently complete multiple time-sensitive tasks with minimal supervision
· Knowledge in HubSpot, Hootsuite and Asana are a plus.
· Ability to travel as needed.
