We’re searching for a digitally-savvy Creative Producer to join our expanding creative team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day production and push forward best-in-class creative work.

YOU Have:Â
- 4-6 years of project management experience within a variety of creative environments.
- Directly produced various project types, including: websites, brand, mobile, product ideation and strategy.
- Solid knowledge of storytelling and copywriting and how to apply it across different digital channels.
- Ability to manage day to day activities on large/complex engagements.
- Effective communication skills, ability to provide constructive arguments.
- Innate ability to think critically, problem-solve, and tackle challenges- big or small.
- Capability to manage a full range of projects- branding, digital, marketing, etc. and corralling your team to create high-quality work.
- You’re familiar with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com and if not, you’re ready to learn.
YOU Will:Â
- Guide the creative team through the discovery process and accurately define scope of work, project requirements and success metrics.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Manage teams in NYC and Dubai.
- Lead meetings both internally and externally.
- Work in an independent manner, solve problems as they arise, and communicate clearly even in difficult situations.
