We’re searching for a digitally-savvy Creative Producer to join our expanding creative team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day production and push forward best-in-class creative work.

  • You’re a problem solver who enjoys working cross-functionally. You can evolve creative concepts into deliverables, on time, and on budget.
  • You effectively partner with agencies and internal team members to manage the entire life cycle of a project- ranging from digital and packaging design to branding and video production.

YOU Have: 

  • 4-6 years of project management experience within a variety of creative environments.
  • Directly produced various project types, including: websites, brand, mobile, product ideation and strategy.
  • Solid knowledge of storytelling and copywriting and how to apply it across different digital channels.
  • Ability to manage day to day activities on large/complex engagements.
  • Effective communication skills, ability to provide constructive arguments.
  • Innate ability to think critically, problem-solve, and tackle challenges- big or small.
  • Capability to manage a full range of projects- branding, digital, marketing, etc. and corralling your team to create high-quality work.
  • You’re familiar with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Monday.com and if not, you’re ready to learn.

YOU Will: 

  • Guide the creative team through the discovery process and accurately define scope of work, project requirements and success metrics.
  • Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
  • Manage teams in NYC and Dubai.
  • Lead meetings both internally and externally.
  • Work in an independent manner, solve problems as they arise, and communicate clearly even in difficult situations.
  • Be an advocate of Bearaby’s culture and team.

  • Experience with indie or social issue-driven projects preferred

  • Ability to work with low-budget resources in a high-impact creative environment

  • Must be reliable, passionate, and open to storytelling collaboration

  • Some roles may be remote or open to support from India

Compensation

  • Low-budget project: Expenses covered
