The candidate must be a proven leader, have 10 to 15 years of Human Resources and People and Culture experience, have a strong knowledge of California employment law, and have experience driving an effective and fun corporate culture and team
Responsibilities
- Build management of HR processes
- Develop the company’s growth plan
- Navigate complex employment and employee relations issues
- Provide leadership guidance and mentoring
- Oversee Employee Engagement Survey and other plans
- Improve onboarding and new hire programs
- Drive and lead DEI programs
Qualifications
- Personable and positive personality
- 10-15 years of experience
- Experience in fashion, ecommerce, consumer goods, technology, entertainment/music, or marketing companies preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- BA in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
