Global and affordable luxury brand Naked Wardrobe is seeking a highly experienced Head Fashion Designer to oversee the design department from conceptualization to the final product. This creative candidate will be providing design concepts, color selections, fabrications, and fit direction throughout the pipeline while working alongside our executive team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating, developing, and executing innovative designs while staying ahead of seasonal trends
- Work closely with development and production team to manage deadlines
- Supervise design team to ensure deadlines are met while reviewing and approving daily tasks
- Create a positive, collaborative space to enhance creativity and a team-driven environment
- Research and identify trend directions to establish concepts for innovative products for the fashion market
- Present concept ideas and direction for future collections
- Maintain professionalism within the team when under tight deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 5+ years in a managerial/supervisory role
- 5+ years in retail and/or apparel merchandising experience required
- Must have a keen and create eye
- Ability to oversee projects, budgets, and the creative department
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience in managing a fashion design team
- Ability to recognize trends, conceptualize ideas, and design products
- Expert in silhouettes, fabrication, color/print usage, graphics, embellishment layouts and trim
- Strong knowledge in garment fitting and construction
- Proficient in communicating and collaborating effectively with cross-functional partners
- Must reside in Los Angeles
