Overall Responsibilities
We are looking for a Packaging Designer/Production Artist with strong initiative, collaboration, and communication skills to join our growing creative team! This role offers versatile design projects – packaging, print, digital, social, experiential – and the opportunity to present fresh ideas and lead projects across all media channels.
Projects Include
- Packaging – consumer-facing design within our brand guidelines
- B2B and B2C advertising assets
- Marketing and sales materials
- Promotional materials
- Web and digital assets
- POP and merchandising displays
- Editing and updating collateral
Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties
- High level of attention to detail – design composition, typography, photography and video treatment
- Maintain understanding of overall brand, current products, and future product development cycles
- Develop and execute consistent brand creative across digital, social, content, experiential, print and packaging
- Ability to lead compelling 360 campaigns and concepts across all channels/media
- Self-manage to keep projects on schedule to meet all deadlines
- Take direction from department leads across all projects
- Able to give direction to photographers, designers, directors, editors and vendors as it relates to brand creative output
- Implement strategy to support product launches, key initiatives, and campaigns that align with brand marketing goals
- Remain informed of industry trends (current and emerging)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
- At least 4 years of graphic design experience
