Job Description
As part of the broader TV & Streaming Communications team, this role acts as a key site administrator and steward for Media Village, NBCUniversal’s primary resource for press to download key assets related to our shows and brands.
Responsibilities
- Upload and manage NBCUniversal Media Village text and image assets in a timely manner
- Optimize site graphics
- Manage sensitive video files; prepare and distribute email notifications to users
- Manage user access to the site
- Interface with multiple divisions within the company to provide technical support of the site
- Respond to questions from customer support
- Familiarity with NBCUniversal TV and Streaming programming
- Work with IT Support to identify and troubleshoot site issues
- Perform site and feature UAT as needed
- Contribute to the growth of the site to meet customer requirements and new technologies
- Train and oversee other site administrators to ensure correct usage of site tools

Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 (bonus eligible)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years in Digital Content Management or related field
- Familiarity with NBCUniversal TV and Streaming programming
- Experience with CMS environments
- Familiarity with digital content management — HTML, CSS, and new digital technologies
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop CS, Microsoft Office Products, and Dreamweaver helpful
- Ability to work in MAC and PC environment
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task under tight deadlines
- Strong understanding of technical issues surrounding web content administration
- Excellent editorial, grammar, and communication skills
- Availability on weekends and nights as needed
