Laundry is looking for an experienced Executive Producer to join our amazing team.
In this role you would oversee a wide range of design-driven projects spanning across 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics, editorial, and post/VFX. Candidates should have extensive knowledge in bidding and overseeing live-action production and audio post-production as well. There’s never a dull day!
EP would be responsible for two major areas, business development, and production management. You will work with our Managing Director and our robust sales team, Executive Creative Directors, and other Executive Producers to ingest jobs, bidding on projects, and managing budgets and schedules for multiple projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of executive producing experience in a creative production studio. EPs are charged with packaging projects with studio producers and creative teams and managing producers to bring the projects in on time and under budget while ensuring client elation! This position requires strong negotiation skills, meeting aggressive deadlines as well as extensive experience in project budgeting and scheduling for post and live action production. This position would oversee production and creative teams and report to the Managing Director and owners. Experience with diverse commercial work and direct to brand is a huge plus. Qualifications and experience to include:
● Maintain positive and professional relationships with Clients.

● Accurately scope work and create project schedules for delivery. Manage producers to meet approved budgets.
● Manage multiple producers on projects keeping them on-schedule and on-budget.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assistant Videographer/Editor position requires skills in a high-volume production environment specializing in the final storytelling of a project. This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the filming and editing process for company video projects. This position requires a diverse knowledge of industry standard types of cameras and production equipment along with basic Avid editing skills. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree Required: Minimum college or trade school experience in production or similar field..
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of practical field experience working in multiple aspects of film and video production.
- Color grading at intermediate level.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
- Thorough understanding of fishing, hunting, and other outdoor skills as required to best work with production team in outdoor recreation company.
- Strong work ethic. Outgoing personality with ability to interact within group of creative individuals in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. Willingness to react with short notice to changes in daily routine.
- Willing to travel as required – often locations require extensive driving and multiple night stays with early and late hours.
- Strong communication skills – able to understand direction and make themselves understood when communicating objectives for accomplishing story lines or goals of a production.
- Thorough knowledge of Avid non-linear editing systems, specifically the Avid Media Composer or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of various codecs, containers and file types used in today’s media environment.
- Able to work within a team environment including in the field or studio and in the post process, editing and finishing.
- Able to lift and carry heavy equipment in variety of terrain and conditions from very hot to very cold.
- Good driving record, able to secure Missouri Operator’s License Class E.
- Good organizational skills: able to keep multiple projects balanced at any one time
- Strong video resume required. This resume should demonstrate samples from all of the areas mentioned above.
