Job Description
An event team is seeking energetic and professional Registration Staff and Brand Ambassadors to support a Ride & Drive activation at the New York International Auto Show. This high-traffic automotive event requires team members who are confident engaging with guests and maintaining an organized event environment.
Selected candidates will assist with guest registration, event coordination, and participant support while helping manage the flow of attendees participating in the Ride & Drive experience. This role is ideal for outgoing individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced live event environments.
Job Responsibilities

Promote and support the Ride & Drive activation at the event

Register guests using iPads and assist with waiver management

Provide ride orientation and basic instructions to participants

Escort guests to vehicles and assist with event flow

Open vehicle doors and assist guests during entry and exit

Ensure all passengers are properly seated and wearing seat belts

Maintain organization of staging areas and guest flow

Assist with event setup and breakdown when required
Requirements

Comfortable interacting with large numbers of guests

Tech-comfortable and able to use tablets or iPads for registration

Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment

Compensation Details

Payment issued 2–3 weeks after invoice submission

Job Description
A horror/thriller independent feature film is seeking an experienced 1st Assistant Director (1st AD) for a 16mm production. This project will be shot on film and requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage set operations efficiently while supporting the director’s creative vision.
The production is looking for a NYC-based 1st AD who is comfortable working within an ultra-low-budget (ULB) framework and can oversee scheduling, crew coordination, and on-set logistics for a fast-paced indie feature environment.
Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily set operations and maintain production schedule

Create and manage call sheets and production timelines

Coordinate cast and crew to ensure efficient workflow

Communicate clearly between departments and leadership

Monitor safety standards and ensure smooth on-set execution

Manage time effectively during a 12-hour production day with overtime as needed
Requirements
