What You’ll Do:
- Lead website design and visual UX
- Create web comps and update current sites
- Works on concepts throughout development, refinement of direction, and final adjustments
- Has a strong creative vision for multimedia and the ability to develop integrated campaigns
- Ability to apply/style brand guides in the execution of existing concepts
- Possesses a multi-disciplinary mentality towards design to be executed in traditional as well as digital
- Ensures quality and preparation of deliverables for handoff to interactive developers, printers, clients, etc.
- Develops creative ideas (in collaboration with team members and copywriters) based on criteria in creative briefs and/or direction from senior leadership
- Conceptualization, content, and design of all graphic content, including, but not limited to: Social media content, print communication, promotional content, web and multimedia graphics, email campaigns
- Work closely with other creative team members to deliver modern and relevant designs that will appeal to the target demographic and maintain and advance the client’s branding
Required Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor’s degree required; designÂ
- 3 + years of experience in an agency setting
- 3 + years of previous experience in graphic design
- MUST have a current portfolio to be considered for this position
- Strong eye for visual composition in typography, layout, color theory, and info design
- Experience creating unique identities for a wide range of brands and industries
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development
- Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs while under pressure on strict time deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously required
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver and execute high quality and consistent work
