Lead the internal marketing for a rapidly growing influencer & creative agency. You will spearhead marketing campaigns and strategies that bolster the company’s status and visibility within the industry, and engage with new and prospective clients and partners.
You will ideally be a senior level, CIM qualified marketer, with varied experience leading dedicated marketing teams across online, PR and events.
The Job
- Devise, plan and deliver clear and concise marketing strategies – both offline & online
- Manage PR activities that boost the profile of the agency and increase awareness of the services they offer
- Offer marketing consultancy to your team, clients and partners – sharing invaluable insights and advice
- Identify and target new leads that generate commercial success
- Comfortable networking and negotiating with senior level stakeholders
- Be a brand ambassador – representing the agency at industry events
- Ensuring all marketing collateral is in line with brand values & company ethos
- You will be a passionate advocate for collaborative working environment – with experience managing cross-channel marketing teams
- A keen interest within the world of influencer marketing is essentaial
- At least 5 years agency-based experience within a senior-level marketing role is required

• Help coordinate and align systems to support a smooth post-production pipeline
