THE ROLE

At Open Influence, our mission is to help brands create alongside extraordinary human beings. As a Senior Account Manager, your mission is to facilitate the meaningful partnership between these brands and creators.

 

You’ll be responsible for delivering superior strategic client service for various Open Influence clients. You’ll use your deep understanding of influencer marketing strategy to lead the execution of influencer campaigns, from ideation to reporting, and will be a key driver in bringing brands back for additional programs. Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and executing large-scale influencer campaigns for Open Influence priority clients

 

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact and key strategist for key clients, while mentoring, educating, and developing strategies to meet brand business objectives

 

  • Manage high volume and fast paced email communications with influencers, from the initial sourcing and negotiations, guiding the creative development of content, and ensuring successful roll out aligns with the campaign goals and KPIs

 

  • Manage junior team members and support their growth by proactively investing in the success of all direct reports

 

  • Identify trends and develop performance insights, including ongoing optimization tactics to continually improve performance across programs and tactics.

 

  • Actively share internal and external opportunities to innovate and improve both general process and Open Influence proprietary tools

 

  • Support with pre-sale planning, working closely with cross-functional teams (sales and creative) to ensure strategy aligns with client goals

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years relevant client-facing, agency experience
  • Experience in building and optimizing digital and social media plans, particularly focused on influencer marketing
  • A deep understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Must be extremely detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple projects successfully, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Position Description

The primary function of this position is to provide the highest quality service to clients, identifying and proposing all lines of coverage available.

Daily servicing of customers will include addressing various coverage issues, contract analysis, exposure analysis, handling all the inside service work associated with the client’s accounts, routine coverage questions, problem solving, renewal control, and collection and follow-up of cast medicals.

The AE should have experience in all areas of entertainment insurance. They will inform the Producer on strategic account issues, claims and other potential problems. They are responsible to oversee all processes related to renewals, account management and new business development, insuring the fulfillment of Film & TV Standard Operating Guidelines (SOG’s).

Position Requirements

• Build and maintain constructive and effective relationships with clients by conducting face-to-face meetings and exceeding client expectations at all times.

• Provide consistent, accurate, timely and pertinent communication to clients via emails, phone contact and meetings.

• Respond to client inquiries/issues within a 24 hour timeline.

• Resolve/assist with any service or claims issues/questions.

• Evaluate and negotiate coverage terms and removal of certain restrictions and exclusions with carriers (i.e. risk assessments).

• Conduct face-to-face meetings with the clients to review summary reports and to maintain client relationships as often as necessary.

• Inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions and exposures, gaps in coverage, stewardship programs, and other relevant information.

• Know and be up to date on the utilization of carrier websites, carrier communications, new coverage options and billing procedures.

• Review all work products from Account Managers and Associate Account Managers, prior to submission to carriers or clients.

• Full responsibility for managing Accounts Receivables.

• Invoice, handle premium collections and accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Review audits and send to clients.

• Maintain agency EPIC files accurately and consistently, document conversations in emails and other notes sent to clients, while adhering to all MIB electronic and EPIC procedures.

The Manager, Event Production (Key Accounts) provides support to the management level with the goal of developing and delivering events and visibility that present EnMotive as the event production leader in the running community. Knowledge of running, sports marketing and special event production related experience is also preferred. Ideal candidate will have at minimum a bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from a four-year college or University. References of events exhibiting skills in timeline and logistical planning may be asked.

The Associate Producer, National News will work with Executive Producers and Producers in the production of live and recorded national newscasts. Responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinates the creative execution of Marketing Emails (complex, multiple versions) from receipt of creative brief to final validation before broadcast (roughly 15-20 emails weekly, with a high volume of inflight changes)
  • Reviews the Marketing/Merchant strategy and acquires the appropriate information and details needed to deliver to Copy & Design for execution.
  • Ensures alignment and support of the ‘big picture’ for the customer & multiple channels.
  • Liaises closely with site, ad unit & content production producers to ensure messaging alignment is consistent throughout the mediums (copy, design, image, pricing details, etc.).
  • Ensures legal compliance and a positive customer experience is demonstrated in each email.
  • Coordinates & filters feedback from multiple parties and manages the execution of changes within the appropriate deadlines.
