Job Description

Event Staffing Live is booking Brand Ambassadors to represent a financial client during a Family Day event in Carson, CA 90746. The promotion takes place Saturday October 17th from 8:15am–12:15pm and Sunday October 18th from 8:30am–5:30pm. Times may change and shifts may vary, with preference given to the most flexible talent. Brand Ambassadors will welcome attendees, manage lines and check-ins, distribute gifts, assist with photo activations, and provide general event support.

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome attendees and provide friendly, engaging event support.
• Assist with line management and guest check-ins.
• Distribute gifts to attendees.
• Support photo activations.
• Provide general support throughout the Family Day event.
• Stand and remain mobile for extended periods.
• Work assigned shifts on Saturday October 17th and/or Sunday October 18th.

Requirements

• Must be 18+.
• Friendly, personable, engaging, and well-spoken.
• Able to lift 20–30 lb product boxes.
• Comfortable with background screening and a publicity release.
• Must be able to get to the event independently; transportation and lodging are not included.
• Must be able to stand and remain mobile for extended periods.
• Most flexible applicants are given preference.
• Client provides shirts and potentially skorts/pants; staff should bring plain comfortable white sneakers and navy skort/pants just in case.
• Relevant promotional experience may be included.

Compensation

• $35/hr as a W-2 event.
• $25 flat travel stipend per shift.
• Free on-site parking / parking pass provided.
