Position Overview

The Application Support Manager will oversee all enterprise application platforms in collaboration with rest of the IT team, with a specific focus on SAP Enterprise Applications. This role will as a business partner in the organization to deliver technology projects that meet business objectives. The role ensures that the respective business, application, data, and technology perspectives are in line with the organization’s technology and governance strategies, policies, and standards. The role will develop a deep understanding of the applications, the business needs and objectives, and will work with 3rd party technology partners to optimize the use and adoption of these applications across the organization. They will act a application subject matter expert to solve problems and proactively recommend improvement, optimizations, and process enhancements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages the portfolio of all enterprise business applications within the organization
  • Works with all departments and business leaders to define needs for technology-enabled business processes and applications
  • Own incident management and resolution for all enterprise applications in close collaboration with internal users and external technology partners
  • Works with Director of IT and the rest of the IT team to develop/enhance the technology roadmap for the organization
  • Understands concepts and technology related to data architecture and data transformation
  • Knowledge of instituting controls to ensure data quality, including data security, retention, and archival
  • Provides guidance and research in product, component, and vendor selection as appropriate for specific projects
  • Owns the maintenance, upgrade, support, and continued enhancement of business applications within the organization, as needed
  • Develops and maintains relationships with vendor partners.
  • Maintain documentation for all implementation, integration, and processes for enterprise applications
  • Work with cross functional teams to understand business objectives and challenges, recommend technology solutions, new or existing as needed
  • Event coverage when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4+ years’ relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of Enterprise Applications experience including System Analysis, Design, Procurement, Testing, Implementation, Documentation, Vendor Management, and License Management
  • Demonstrated experience architecting, consulting, implementing, and customizing solutions and workflows
  • Experience with middleware, reporting, and Modern user interface (UI) tools and technologies
  • Experience in process design, requirements analysis, feasibility studies, software design, programming, testing, deployment, installation, and operational management
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture including application architecture, database architecture, and technology architecture
  • Experience with architecting, deploying cloud-enabled solutions, and enterprise application integration and frameworks
  • Experience with SAP Enterprise systems is preferred
  • Strong deductive reasoning, critical thinking, problem solving, and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with excellent written and verbal communicator that is comfortable sharing ideas across functions, to various levels of the organization, and with partners and vendors

Physical Requirements

We are seeking a Director of Project Management based out of our Panorama City, CA location. This role will serve as the principal project planner and client liaison for major projects and productions at NEP, Sweetwater. Salary range is $85,000 – $145,000 plus bonus.

To be considered you must have a minimum of 5 years Project Management experience in the Live Broadcast Industry, Live Technology, and Facility, Project management.

Key Duties Include

  • Manage and direct project managers, assign their projects and mentor their career growth
  • Meet regularly with the Project management, Engineering and Operations departments to review projects and ensure that budgets are being met and proper technologies are being selected
  • Work with the Sales Department to make sure that project management is working in coordination to support and close orders
  • Occasionally act as the lead on-site technical person at large events and festivals for NEP Sweetwater
  • Consult with the Crewing Manager to ensure that all events are crewed with the proper personnel

What You’ll Do

About This Role

BIGO LIVE’s Content Programming and Management team sits within our Operation teams whose goal is to oversee a platform-wide content programming strategy that creates understanding and symbiosis between our creators and communities.

Serving the North America market, this role serves to ideate, plan and execute content programs and initiatives that are globally/locally relevant to develop our diverse content ecosystem by leveraging the market trends insights and BIGO LIVE in-app functions. You’ll need to demonstrate the ability to organize a creative process, communicate their intent and progress, and measure their results against clearly communicated business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, strategize and innovate content initiatives to serve business growth and increase user activeness by leveraging our core product functions
  • Create, plan, and execute programs and events, including seasonal events, core-community events and identifying new opportunities to increase engagement for all creators related activities and partnerships
  • Responsible for local campaign setup, execution, reporting and optimization to drive performance indicators in alignment with Content Vertical team objectives
  • Create and manage content calendar and project plans including objectives, roadmap, SWOT and step-by-step action plan to ensure success of a campaign
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for content campaigns, such as DAU, retention, livestream hours, watch time and measuring campaigns’ performance against the KPIs
  • Perform deep-dive analysis on creators’ content performance, review data and effectively implement strategy while identifying areas of success and needed improvement
  • Act as the main interface between the content and marketing team; Work with cross-functional teams including user operation team, legal, finance, PR to develop joint platform plans
  • Monitor and analyze market and industry trends, new topics, emerging content creators, and competitor performance to strategize on company’s content activities

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a content development or content marketing role in the tech or pan-entertainment space
  • Extensive experience in campaign management and creator partnerships is a must
  • Proven and demonstrable track record in creating new content ideas and producing live content
  • Must be proactive, fast-thinking, self-starter who can own and lead project
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams, stakeholders, and time zones
  • Solid knowledge about the Internet users, market trends and major social platforms
  • Strong analytic skills; Ability to derive actionable insights from campaign metrics and marketing data
  • Bachelor’s Degree or above education/experience

Sentinel is seeking a NOC Manager to join our National Support management team.  We are looking for a hands on technical manager who is can multi task.  The role requires hands on networking work in addition to managing a team and client communications. Your experience with LAN and WAN networking will help you design routing, monitor traffic and troubleshoot issues as they arise.  If you are looking to move into management but remain hands on, this is the position for you. This is a full-time role based in Downers Grove, IL headquarters.

 

  • Experience with networking technologies including LAN/WAN, security, and TCP/IP
  • Should have 3-5 successful years in a NOC environment
  • Experience with network design and implementation on a large scale
  • Experience working with Cisco, Palo Alto, and/or Fortinet solutions
  • Experience with Splunk, solar wind
  • Experience with SolarWinds IT Monitoring / Infrastructure monitoring
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
  • Ability to manage teams, process and procedures including client communications.
  • Must be organized with ability to multi-task
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
