Brulin is seeking a Web Designer/Video Production Manager. This role is responsible for all development and design of digital marketing content. This includes the design, maintenance, creation, and revisions of videos, website landing pages, literature, presentations, advertising, and training tools, etc. The Web Designer will be the lead designer of digital touch points, including brulin.com, social networking applications, and other digital experiences (SharePoint, FlippingBook, Hubspot, and more). This position is responsible for developing and designing creative video/interactive content for website, advertisements, social media, print and tradeshows/exhibitions. This role participates in strategic planning for design strategy, focusing on digital design trends and mediums. This role also performs administrative duties including maintenance of departmental files and execution of ISO processes.
Digital Design and Multimedia Production
Primary role is to work independently to envision and design digital media ensuring consistency of design and message across all Brulin brands.
- Creative Strategy – Lead the creative vision for the company, including brand direction and positioning of the brand across marketing campaigns.
- Video Production – Manages video production process, works with Marketing manager to develop project definition, script and storyboard. Sets up shoots, shoots video footage, edits video footage, records voice over and input and outputs of digital material.
- Website Maintenance and Design – Manages content, design, and strategy of website in alignment with interactive design principles and Brulin design guidelines.
- Digital Presentations- Assists sales and marketing to prepare and customize presentations for use in multiple channels (print, electronic, etc.).
- Photography – Uses digital camera, along with a variety of equipment such as tripods, and flash attachments to produce graphics for marketing material. Maintains archive of images and photos.
- Digital Touch Points – Creates and maintains output of digital applications including but not limited to SharePoint, Dropbox, ClickUp, Hubspot, and SurveyMonkey.
- Digital Email and Advertisements – Designs creative email content and display advertisements across digital marketing channels.
- Manages Timelines – Works with Marketing manager(s) to determine scope of design projects.
Digital Marketing
- SEO – Responsible for working with agency to implement on-site SEO to help assist in achieving organic traffic goals (include keywords, meta descriptions and tags, competitive research, content development, and ongoing targeting.)
- Email Marketing – Occasionally helps to manage email automation contact lists and works with the marketing team to implement automation goals in Hubspot.
- Social Media – Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy and posting schedule for all social media channels. Manages Social Media sites (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Trade Show Coordinator
As needed, will work with Marketing Manager(s) to assist with tradeshow participation.
- Trade Show Planning – Works with marketing team to develop, design and implement trade show strategy from a creative perspective, including before and after event strategies. Helps with developing the digital marketing campaigns leading to and after each show.
Strategic Planning
Primary role is to participate and guide in creative strategic direction for Marketing.

The Sr. Video Content Editor/Producer will be responsible for leading and editing video features for the Atlanta Hawks, executing each project quickly and with technical mastery. The Sr. VC Editor/Producer must have extensive professional editing/post-production experience utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite – primarily Adobe Premiere Pro. The individual should be a passionate story teller adept at long and short form production. The Sr. VC Editor/Producer proactively collaborates with all stakeholders to fully understand the project scope and goals. - Conceptualize, produce and edit video content for The Atlanta Hawks.

Milwaukee Area Technical College
The School of Art in the Kathrine G. McGovern College of the Arts at the University of Houston invites applications for a full-time, tenure track Assistant Professor of Photography and Digital Media position to begin Fall 2022. The position of Creative Content Associate Producer will need to stay at the forefront of digital content creative trends and technology. You should have a ‘can-do’ attitude and the ability to problem-solve. Must be able to work under tight deadlines. Must possess strong knowledge of legal and ethical parameters for mass media. Candidate must be willing to learn how to produce programmatic content for digital as well as broadcast including newscast.
A 4-year degree in journalism, media studies or related field is required. At least one year’s experience working in digital media or a smaller market is preferred. Proficiency with Photoshop and desktop video editing software is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of newsroom computer systems such as I-News, AWS and SLACK is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be willing to work any shift as needed.

Role Purpose:
The Director is responsible for all aspects of physical production in a deadline-oriented news-based environment. The position is focused on making sure our productions’ schedules, budgets, and workflows are aligned. The Director partners with both internal and external clients to develop production budgets/plans and then oversee the execution of the approved plans. The Director works with multiple creative personalities and will be expected to remain cool under daily deadline pressure, while managing several ongoing productions. The Director is also be responsible for guaranteeing day-to-day production operations are well-managed and on track. Position regularly reports into the VP of Production Management & Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Production Budgeting: Planning, coordination, and preparation of production budgets with Creative Executives, Talent/Casting, Business & Legal Affairs, Finance and HR. Budgets should meet creative/operational/resource expectations and financial objectives. Partner with producers to develop production plans in accordance with budget. Review & evaluate prepared and submitted budgets. Ensure weekly cost reports are generated and reviewed for accuracy before being sent to senior management. Partner with production accounting team to make sure invoices and payments are processed in a timely manner. Create, implement, and maintain consistent standards for tracking and reporting procedures and policies for all content deliverables.
- Production Management: Oversee production related activities on daily series to ensure productions are within budget parameters and consistent with creative expectations. Coordinate with Editorial, Business Affairs, Production Finance, Legal, HR and Creative Brand partners. Monitor production expenditures for accuracy, consistency and reasonableness. Stay up to date on various freelance crewing, vendors, and production technology. Perform overall production management role on all assigned projects, including assessment of production budget and schedule. Develop and manage internal timelines and workflows to guarantee timely delivery of shows.
- Risk Management, Safety & Compliance: Partner with Environmental Health & Safety to stay current on Covid safety & compliance protocols and make sure these are communicated to production teams. Oversee Covid coordinator supporting Covid testing and scheduling. Ensure production policies and procedures (HR, Legal, Finance, EHS related) are being adhered to and continually update internal production manuals. Have a familiarity with union/guild agreements and rules applicable to our productions and communicate issues to production teams. Liaise closely with Production and Legal on risk management and all practical aspects of production
- Production Administration: Ensure Agreements are signed; Payroll is set-up & completed with various payroll services. Make sure permits & insurance documents are processed and secured when needed for field productions. Review & approve weekly timecards for talent and others. Oversee Production Coordinators and confirm they are supported and able to complete assignments & requests.
- Communication: Maintain consistent and professional communication across all clients and departments including Executive Producers, Talent, Marketing/Branded, Finance and Human Resources .

The role
We are looking for a Project Manager who can lead a campaign from the moment the client brief is received, all the way through to delivery. Accounts that this role would work on will most likely include Mars and Toyota/Lexus.
You’ll act as the lynchpin between all departments, ensuring work is allocated correctly, delivered on time and within budget and that all relevant stakeholders are satisfied with the work, driving projects that showcase the best of the Creative Production department.
You’ll be:
- managing projects from brief through to delivery, including digital, social, DOOH, print, press campaigns
- working closely with the project and account management teams on briefs, and supporting creatives
- an authority during stressful moments, able to communicate priorities to relevant people
- developing strong relationships within the agency at every level
- on top of projects going through your accounts regardless of the level of your involvement
- organising and running creative/wider team WIPs, and ensuring approvals/creative sign offs for the best quality work
- working ad hoc on creative projects such as art buying, image sourcing, talent sourcing e.g. photographers/animators etc.

SUMMARY:
iNDEMAND is looking for a creative, talented, and technically proficient Associate Editor/Producer. Ideal candidates will be experienced Adobe Premiere editors with strong writing skills and a passion for getting things right. Because movies and sports are the core of our business, an interest in those areas is a definite plus. We love to talk about movies and sports, and we hope that you will too!
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Editing promos, trailers, social assets, and long form promotional content.
· Updating graphics and navigating complex toolkits within Adobe After Effects.
· Writing scripts for a wide array of promotional material.
· Producing and managing creative projects from inception to completion.
· Assisting on-set for bi-weekly TV shoots.
REQUIREMENTS:
· BA or equivalent professional experience in broadcast, entertainment, or a related field.
· Professional video editing experience, preferably in the broadcast and/or entertainment industry.
· Knowledge of file types, delivery specifications, video color correction standards, et cetera.
· A strong reel of innovative work.
SKILLS:
· Conceptual thinking – creativity is paramount.
