Defining game’s art style, while complying with the creative vision of the initial art direction
Conveying expectations, both in terms of the level of quality and content (backgrounds, environments, characters), to the graphics team ( lead artists, concept artists, environment artists, character artists, animation team) by making use of the pertinent visual references, concept art, production design, and atmosphere materials
Developing high standards of quality
Supervising and approving work completed by the graphics team and marketing team to ensure that the elements produced comply with the vision for the game, as well as meeting standards for quality
Guiding the development and ensuring the maintenance of the flow of artistic tasks

The Creative Director leads day-to-day creative output for NBC Entertainment Marketing. This position will report to the VP, Creative Director, NBC Integrated Design.
Responsibilities
- Direct and produce multiplatform off-air marketing, advertising and promotional materials for use in print, outdoor, and digital advertising for NBC.
- Lead, inspire and oversee multiple teams of designers in the development, creation of key art and execution of all related tactics

Job Description
The Entertainment Coordinator will provide administrative support to two creative executives within the Universal Television Studio organization, and serve as office liaison communicating with internal NBCU divisions as well as the external business and creative community. This position is based in the Universal City, CA offices.
Essential Responsibilities
- General administrative duties including: answering telephones, scheduling, arranging drive-ons, copying, filing, and planning all travel arrangements for executives
- Maintain submission log & return materials when appropriate
- Coordinate conference calls, meetings, table reads and run-thrus; maintain files and status reports for series in production
- Assist in internal communication with our production and talent, and across NBCU departments and divisions; as well as with external partners in the creative community: networks, streaming services, other studios, agencies and managers.
- Conduct research on request and maintain a general awareness of industry trends, formats, talent and competitive environment
- Distribute dailies, call sheets, script revisions etc.
- Will be a team player and cover for other department assistants as needed
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
- Minimum 1 year working within studio, network, agency or production company in an assistant capacity.
Desired Characteristics
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of how the TV development and current programming processes work and key players within the industry.
- Willingness to read and write coverage for available IP – scripts, books, articles, podcasts, etc.
- Multi-task oriented, excellent organizational and time management skills, as position will assist high volume department
- Flexible, personable, self-starter, and extremely detail-oriented with the ability to interface with the creative community as well as all levels of NBCU staff
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
