We’re looking to hire a Creative Director, Social to join our rapidly growing Social Creative Lab at Dentsu Creative. You will report to the Group Creative Director and will be working on Social AOR for multiple well-known brands – this includes evergreen social, reactive opportunities and larger social-first campaigns, as well as in-house and external productions, and new biz pitches.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience
  • Examples of digital-first thinking. You need to love the internet and creating in that space.
  • Comfortable leading large teams (ex: 5-8 creatives at a time per client); we move at speed, we make lots of work, we need clear-eyed leaders. You need to love mentoring junior talent.
  • Interest in and ability to manage high volume of work while maintaining a high level of craft and creativity
  • You can master and keep straight multiple tones of voice
  • Independent and forward-thinker who believes in total accountability
  • Experience building and navigating relationships and trust with clients
  • Multiple levels of production experience – from big to small budgets
  • Understanding of importance of strategy to the work that we do and authoritatively push internal partners to get creative teams what they need

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $113,00 – $174,500. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company’s incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Job Description

Telemundo 20 in San Diego, CA, is currently seeking an Executive Producer. This is a leadership position overseeing the editorial, production and promotion components newscast and news specials. The Executive Producer’s role is to oversee production of news content on multi-platforms, provide guidance and direction to news employees and perform as a member of the news management team.

Responsibilities

  • Conceive and execute daily programs incorporating top news stories and live reports (hard and feature) for both afternoon and evening newscasts. This includes approval of rundowns, and management/ supervision of On-Air Talent, Content Producers and Production team
  • Direct and deliver production elements on a deadline
  • Review daily line-up of stories and segments; develop future segments, stories and interviews for all platforms
  • Work on special projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with Marketing Department on daily topical promotions

Job Description

The Associate Producer is an essential team member responsible for leading the creation and production of CNBC‘s live business news shows and show segments, working with the show Producer(s) on overall content and production. The Associate Producer should be able to line a regular daily live show with minimal guidance and supervision. The role is ideal for candidates with extensive TV production experience and knowledge of business and financial news content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Producers in managing the show production team
  • Plan and execute compelling story ideas in both live, pre-recorded and package formats
  • Live gallery production, with responsibility to react to breaking news

  • Produce and project-manage live and pre-recorded outside broadcasts across APAC

Position Summary

The Commercial Finishing Associate Producer is responsible for working closely with Senior Producers to manage all aspects of a color/finishing project, from planning and scheduling resources, tracking and billing actuals against initial bids, and working with creative teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the Company 3 standards of quality. Hours will vary with individual projects and the role requires flexibility, which allows autonomous self-starters to thrive in this remote position. The candidate will initially support Senior Producers, while also being given growth opportunities to independently manage projects in a quickly growing department.

Main Duties

  • Successful production/management of short form commercial color/finish projects.
  • Communicating professionally with high profile advertising clients and filmmakers.
  • Communicating and collaborating with internal creative and production teams.
  • Working closely with other departments to provide a seamless client experience.
  • Planning and scheduling staff and freelance resources with other producers.
  • Building post-production calendars with posting and delivery milestones.
  • Tracking and billing production costs within the scope of a project’s budget.

What You Bring

  • Experience with post-production workflows, softwares and technologies.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets formulas.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively organize post-production projects.
  • Ability to develop personal rapport and form strong client relationships.
