Das bringst du mit:

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Web Producer with a great eye for marketing and design, can navigate a CMS with the best of them, and expects an impeccable user experience. You love a good website, but really love making a good website great.

Our web producer is responsible for ensuring the performance, consistency and maintaining the character of our global websites. This includes updating our websites, while also determining how to create the best user experience in partnership with our developers. You will work with a team of content and marketing specialists to improve search optimization and produce digital content that engages and converts.

You should understand current SEO trends and make any necessary updates to improve performance and maximize conversions. In collaboration with our engineering team, you will be updating our websites, resolving user issues, improving page load speeds, and other improvements as needed.

Our ideal candidate will have an understanding of Computer Science, Marketing and Design, with previous experience as a content and web producer. You should be proficient in HTML, CSS, with a working knowledge of Javascript and SQL. You will be collaborating with designers and marketers, and presenting reports to management, so you must have excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities.

Web Producer Job Responsibilities

  • Manage functional websites that are easy to use
  • Collaborate with marketing staff on website ad campaigns
  • Perform any necessary content updates and improvements
  • Create a website style guide for cohesive design elements across all pages
  • Update content on the website to keep pages fresh and intriguing
  • Provide content performance analysis and communicate and implement timely optimizations to drive results
  • Lead integrated web-based content deliverables for campaigns – including but not limited to web pages/sites, landing pages, banner ads and social posts—that increase user engagement and conversion

Responsabilités :

  • Conception de solutions « Sponsoring » innovantes et efficaces.
  • Conception de solutions sponsoring répondant à l’ensemble des paramètres marketing / ciblage / performances de nos clients.
  • Innovation & Développement : Il/Elle est force de proposition et arrive à convertir des solutions innovantes allant notamment au-delà de ce qui est notre cÅ“ur de métier actuel : la vente de licence media, placements de produit (réels et virtuels).
  • Il/Elle met en place l’ensemble des outils d’aide à la vente (benchmark, évolution marché N-1, CGV, juridique, panorama disponibilités marchés …) à disposition des équipes commerciales GroupM et StudioM.
  • Il/Elle met à profit sa culture et connaissance media et ses capacités opérationnelles pour optimiser les investissements de nos clients, diversifier nos sources de revenus et créer des activations véritablement innovantes en coordination avec les équipes commerciales des agences.
  • Management d’équipe : management de 2 à 3 personnes, animation d’équipe.
  • Management transversal : coordination et étroite collaboration avec les équipes conseil trading, les régies, la direction et les clients.
  • Excellence dans le delivery. Suivi des opérations vendues en direct et avec l’équipe pour s’assurer que le rendu est bien conforme à ce qui est vendu (dispositif media, performances constatées), et anticipation des baisses d’audiences ou déprogrammation.
  • Garantie de bonne fin et satisfaction client : Le/La Directrice Sponsoring StudioM garantie une relation commerciale et les actions nécessaires pour obtenir une satisfaction commerciale optimale.
  • Développement commercial. Etre systématiquement – lorsque c’est pertinent vs les objectifs business clients – en push de solutions/ d’opportunités auprès des équipes commerciales GroupM et des clients au vu des prévisions qui sont suivies de manière régulières et challengées. Il/Elle doit être force de proposition et pro-active sur les solutions sponsoring.
  • Le /La Head of Sponsoring doit également être un véritable référent auprès des régies concernées, construire une relation privilégiée pour construire ou bénéficier d’exclusivités GroupM – Il/Elle doit s’assurer de la représentation de groupM sur les priorité business media.
  • Présentation & Vente: Il/Elle est à l’aise pour présenter les solutions développées par StudioM à l’oral, en Français et en Anglais. Il/Elle est présente lors des réunions clients clé et fait preuve de la force de conviction nécessaire pour vendre les solutions proposées.
  • Reportings : Il/Elle pilote ses chiffres au plus proche et met en place les outils de pilotage nécessaires pour optimiser les négociations individuelles mais aussi Groupe.

Il/Elle coordonne avec le Trading GroupM le suivi et remontées des investissements media par chaîne, agence, annonceur (dashboard / pilotage investissement N vs N-1, rémunération associée).

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a member of our Marketing Services team, our Special Projects Writer operates in a unique role that directly impacts all brands at 10 Missions Media. This position helps to execute our brands’ special projects – both for internal and external clients – including helping to concept, pitch, plan, write and execute custom publishing pieces that range from full-scale print magazines to digital multimedia work. This is an undertaking that requires vision, creativity and organization.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Plan, source, research and execute custom and special projects for both internal and external clients.
  • Work directly with Special Projects Manager as the direct contact and company representative for all clients and project stakeholders.
  • Work directly with the 10 Missions Media Creative Team for all design and art related to projects.
  • Occasionally travel to applicable events.

  • Is a proficient writer and understands the reporting and researching process that makes content impactful;
  • Has an interest in multimedia and a digital-first approach to content creation;
  • Is detailed oriented, organized, and has the ability to work autonomously and as part of both small and large groups;
  • Has a passion for building and cultivating interpersonal relationships with readers of our content, attendees of our events, and our advertising partners;
  • Has a desire to stay ahead of media trends by planning, creating and carrying out progressive projects that push our brands forward;
  • Has a bachelor’s degree in journalism, pr, marketing, business, communications, or applicable field;
  • Has a competitive mindset.

Junior Content Producer (Level 3)

We are delighted to be offering a 16 month Apprenticeship in our Surgery division at the QMC, Nottingham- NG7 2UH
In the role of Apprentice Colleague Engagement Officer, you will be completing the Level 3 Junior Content Producer Apprenticeship which provides you with a great qualification, along with real hands on experience.
Working within the #NUHSurgery People team you will be responsible for carrying forward our social media strategy, finding new and innovative ways to connect with, inspire and excite our colleagues.
You will create written and digital content and become the go to person for our Surgery intranet site, helping it become the first port of call for colleagues any information they need.
You will be an important part of our work on improving Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity – helping devise and promote initiatives across a range of platforms.

The Colleague Engagement Officer Apprenticeship provides hands on experience alongside gaining a qualification in Content Production.
You will be supported to gain confidence and competency in the fundamentals of content production along with your development of knowledge and skills through your academic learning.
You will need to demonstrate excellent levels of commitment to both the qualification and job role, with 80% of the time working and 20% of the time towards your study.

Qualifications Required

4 GCSE’s or equivalent including English and Maths
Relevant GCSE level qualification in media or communications.

Skills Required

Experience of producing content or undertaking similar tasks in a different context.
Examples of where you have demonstrated creativity and communicated ideas.
Desirable – Experience of graphic design, social media or video production.

Personal Qualities

Experience of working in an office environment or equivalent.
