This person will be responsible for leading a small team of creatives to develop, pitch, hands-on craft and execute 360 campaigns, branded content, digital and experiential projects of IW Group clients. Duties/Responsibilities:

· Hands-on design, art direct & supervise on-brand creative assets including Moodboard, Mock Up, Art, Copy, Digital/Print/Video & Motion Graphics, Illustrations and Branding

· Research, develop and drive creative direction in partnership with internal production and creative leads and/or vendors

· Contribute exciting creative ideas and solutions for a wide spectrum of clients/channels/platforms

· Spearhead bold and out-of-box ideas including Metaverse, NFT, KPOP, AI Art and more

· Bring continuous knowledge and expertise to produce high quality branded content and marketing campaigns

Experience:

· 7+ years of experience working in a design firm, advertising agency or other professional setting

· Experience leading and coaching designer, copywriter, production crew and vendors to achieve creative vision

· Concept development and design expertise in 360 campaigns, video, photo, print, social, web and experiential

· Well-versed in turning strategy into idea and execution, feedback tracking and resolving, working with stakeholders/production vendors/talents and artists

· Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, leading and art directing productions, curating talents, vendors and influencers

· Hands-on experience in UX/UI, post-production, motion graphics and 3D design a plus

· Candidates must show a robust portfolio demonstrating a track record of hands-on work

FIGS is looking for an Art Director to own our Campaigns and Content. This role will support our Brand Creative team and partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Product and Marketing. We are searching for someone who views content as an opportunity to extract the most visually rich and conceptually unique way of communicating an idea. What you’ll do:

  • As an Art Director, you will build upon our existing marketing initiatives by evolving the FIGS brand. Working closely with other creative team members and outside agency support, you will help create deliverables that evolve and push the brand
  • Work side-by-side with writers and graphic designers to develop language and visuals that are clear and effective
  • Mentor talented creatives, motivating, guiding, and influencing not just the work, but their personal growth and career development
  • Work with external studios to produce libraries of new assets
  • Work with our internal production studio to manage on-set functions including giving feedback to cast and crew, and partnering with photographers and videographers on direction

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years experience in the mediums of print, advertising, conceptual campaigns, branding, photography, digital media, graphic design and motion design.

Responsibilities:

  • Bring the brand to life in a highly disruptive and compelling way, creating new, engaging and innovative multi-dimensional creative campaigns each month.
  • Develop the visual identity and tone of the brand, creating standards and processes to ensure consistency in the look and feel of all brand creative implemented across all touch points.
  • Understand specific business, brand, marketing and creative goals; prioritize initiatives and allocate creative resources as appropriate.
  • Work closely and effectively with multiple internal teams and business partners to pitch and land campaign concepts that support brand and business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Creative degree required.
  • Minimum 10 years of creative leadership experience with strength in digital and a profound understanding of the performance fashion ecommerce industry.

  • Strong background in retail, focused in the performance, fashion, beauty or consumer goods industries.

The successful candidate will leverage their talents to contribute to efforts across the agency in the ed-tech, CPG and enterprise tech space. Responsibilities and activities

 

Creative and client partnership

  • Responsible for crafting stunning visuals and motion pieces for various accounts and projects.
  • Partner with other creatives and disciplines who together as a team are responsible for the servicing, nurturing, and growth of our clients’ creative businesses.
  • In partnership with the creative and program management lead, weigh in on work load prioritization, hour estimates and overall project needs while always keeping an eye out for potential investment opportunities and growth opportunities for our clients’ business.

 

Creative execution  

  • Create award worthy design and motion work tailored towards creative campaigns and initiatives for our clients in ed-tech, CPG and enterprise technology space.
  • Lead and mentor from your craft expertise to contribute to the growth of a talented team of thinkers, and problem-solving copywriters, art directors and production designers.
  • The ability to contribute to concepting, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and digital activations across a wide range of media and platforms, especially in the social/digital space.
  • Experience with best practices and emerging trends for how brands utilize social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.

  • Our client, a media company is seeking an Art Director to join the team.Collaborates with Copywriters, CDs and GCDs to set the tone and concept for a project
  • In tandem with creative teams and duo partners, crafts compelling content across Wallets, Payments & Commerce workstreams
  • Designs content and interfaces under the limited direction of an Associate Creative Director.
  • This position requires a proven track record of graphic design and art direction for the web, particularly for the marketing of major brands; strong knowledge of interactive creative development processes; and experience developing innovative solutions with limited guidance from an Associate Creative Director.

Musts:

  • You have at least 5-10 years of (preferably agency) experience specializing in visual design across all platforms
