Company Description

We are champions for meaningful progress, and we strive to be a force for good—for our people, for our clients, for the industry and for our society. We keep our people at the center, creating space for growth, understanding, and learning so they can thrive. We embed diversity, in our mindset, in our solutions and in our teams to empower an inclusive, equitable and culturally fluent environment. Building this culture within our teams makes us better collaborators with each other and with our clients, driving better outcomes for all.

Job Description

We’re looking to hire a Creative Director (Writers or Art Directors encouraged to apply) to support our rapidly growing Performance Content and Creative team within the dentsu media service line. You will report into the Executive Creative Director, Head of Creative and Content team.

Performance is everything and everything is performance, if our target audience can touch it, watch it, hear it, engage with it, or search for it, we can enhance it. We’re a team of workers, get-it-doners, exceed-expectioners, why-notters. We love the work we do, and our results speak for themselves. We’re not scared of data, performance reports, or pushing back. Performance happens with great creative, and great creative starts with great ideas. We’re looking for someone who can think, tell stories, and build relationships with our team, our clients, and have fun doing it.

Dedication To Craft

Media channels are always changing, growing, and adapting to the user-centric world we live in. We live and breathe best practices and sometimes write the book on it. We stand out in the market because every detail is considered. We consider the small things as much as we do the big.

Channel-first Thinking

We’re looking for talent that has a deep passion for people and how they use all digital channels. You’ll need to be able to connect our brands to consumers and have a strong track record of consistency with campaigns that perform.

Qualifications

Creative leadership:

  • 8+ years of experience
  • Consistency of ideas.
  • Strong interpersonal and client presentation skills
  • Build and maintain key relationships with all clients and key stakeholders
  • Lead concept, creative development, and presentation of new business development efforts
  • Examples of media-lead thinking. You understand media and how creative can be optimized to best suit each and every placement.
  • Timelines can often be short, and there’s always more than a few tasks on your plate, we need clear-eyed leaders. You need to love mentoring talent, you need to have the experience navigating interagency relationships, and you need to love building relationships with our awesome clients.
  • There’s not always an answer, but you’ll always need a POV and data to back it up.
  • Detail-oriented. We need buttoned-up creatives that believe in accountability Things this job is NOT:
  • Rigid. We adapt for each and every client and their unique performance needs. Maybe today we need to be a great partner agency, but next week we’ll run our own campaign, or maybe next month launch a website. If it can be measured, attributed, or tracked, we build it, and build it right.
  • Limited. We know the more creative we are, the better the performance, and so do our clients. You can’t push us too far, or go too big. Everything is always on the table.
