We are looking for an Art Director with a keen eye for design paired with motion design to join one of Seattle’s fasted growing privately held agencies. The successful candidate will leverage their talents to contribute to efforts across the agency in the ed-tech, CPG and enterprise tech space. They’ll partner closely with creative, strategy leads and program managers to form the team that shapes and develops the creative vision for these clients. Responsibilities and activities
Creative and client partnership
- Responsible for crafting stunning visuals and motion pieces for various accounts and projects.
- Partner with other creatives and disciplines who together as a team are responsible for the servicing, nurturing, and growth of our clients’ creative businesses.
- In partnership with the creative and program management lead, weigh in on work load prioritization, hour estimates and overall project needs while always keeping an eye out for potential investment opportunities and growth opportunities for our clients’ business.
Creative execution
- Create award worthy design and motion work tailored towards creative campaigns and initiatives for our clients in ed-tech, CPG and enterprise technology space.
- Lead and mentor from your craft expertise to contribute to the growth of a talented team of thinkers, and problem-solving copywriters, art directors and production designers.
- The ability to contribute to concepting, planning, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and digital activations across a wide range of media and platforms, especially in the social/digital space.
- Experience with best practices and emerging trends for how brands utilize social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest.
Trust and ownership
- Earn and develop deep partnerships with creative, strategy, program management and production leads by owning your contributions to the work.
- Set the example for teams working effectively together to deliver beautifully designed creative for social channel development, integrated marketing campaigns, brand development and digital video production.
- Partner with creative and production leads to support and run video/photo productions and vendor relationships.
- Support the building of agency muscles and rhythms, helping cement agency process to help us scale and best practices for our continued success.
