Responsibilities

  • Work from a brief with a copywriter or other members of the creative team, generating ideas to present to clients
  • Determine how to best represent concepts visually
  • Produce storyboards, wireframes, and layouts based on creative ideas
  • Visualize concepts for presentations and proposals
  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and a target audience to develop an artistic approach and style to match
  • Design & produce effective social and digital campaigns
  • Coordinate with designers, motion graphics artists, video editors, and copywriters
  • Offer input & share ideas in creative meetings
  • Produce attractive and effective designs for various media outputs
  • Manage projects, on and off location, and work within a budget

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years experience in creative field
  • Expert knowledge of design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,
  • Understanding and experience with editing tools like Adobe Premiere and After Effects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You Bring

  • Ability to bring key internal stakeholders along on the creative process and help them buy in to ideas, campaigns and approaches

  • Design, animate, light, and composite high quality effects using Maya, Houdini, and Real Flow
  • Design, setup, organize, and document reusable FX rigs for Partner Studio(s)
  • Create reusable Nuke gizmos to work with corresponding FX rigs
  • Work with DreamWorks TV’s in-house CG team and the FX team(s) at our Partner Studio(s) to develop and implement FX setups that achieve the approved look and expectations of show Creative Leadership

Overview and Responsibilities:

Louder with Crowder is looking for a Showrunner who has experience leading a Live production in television or streaming. You have a solid work history of day-to-day production and creative development and are a senior member of leadership.

Fundamentals:

  • Coach and lead the internal team to research and map topics for the daily, Live show.
  • Oversee and be a resource for the production of overlays, graphics, sound, etc. You are the captain of a ship of dedicated and resourceful personnel that will look to you for insight and feedback.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and confidence manage multiple projects at various stages. There are a multitude of topics in each show as well as sketches and you can keep all of them moving and consistently adhere to brand standards.
  • You’re passionate about producing digital content and podcasts. We’re breaking news and providing context to stories that mainstream media doesn’t cover and you want to lead the charge in producing these shows.

Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in entertainment or content production, with 2+ years as a Showrunner or Production Supervisor.
  • Must have experience leading a team and will be able to discuss the composition of your previous teams, your management style and success stories for the content you’ve made.
  • Experience working directly with high-profile talent and guests. Our awesome talent booker coordinates valuable individuals, and you make sure the internal team of writing and marketing is preparing and promoting to optimize their time.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality original content across multiple platforms.   • Own the development of our long-term Supporters & Fan Community strategy and execution
  • Develop new strategies and opportunities consistent with our brand positioning
  • Construct an overall vision for the fan supporter group, take a leadership role in building & managing relationships and lead the flawless execution of this group
  • Oversee staff related to fan supporter group and game presentation including part time sales staff and game night staff.
  • Continually bring forward best in class ideas, technology & groundbreaking strategies

Your Background, Skills And Experience

  • 15+ years experience in a related position required
  • 5+yrs of demonstrated people leadership with a demonstrated track record of coaching & developing extraordinary talent
  • Culturally savvy, innovative thinker with a passion for storytelling through engaging visuals
  • A consistent record leading the successful conception and execution of high-profile live shows.
  • Proven creative thinker, with the ability to originate and deliver powerful creative concepts
  • Persuasive, compelling presenter, who is able to bring ideas to life and sell them to key stakeholders with conviction and clarity
  • Committed, ambitious and highly motivated teammate with a commitment to quality & professionalism
  • Incredible at networking and growing a roster of strong relationships /contacts across the industry & community
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently – high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Passion for fandom and a desire to service fans and supporters with a “make it happen” attitude
  • Sees a fast-paced environment as an opportunity to bring new ideas to the table quickly and to make things unexpected and exciting
  • Exceptional execution & communication skills, business savvy and an opportunity seeker
  • Strong project management, prioritization skills & ability to manage multiple projects at different stages
  • Ability to anticipate issues and resolve them based on sound business judgment
  • Ability to work nights/ weekends/ holidays as the need arises
