Playboy’s creator platform, Centerfold, leverages our globally recognized brand in the exploding creator/influencer space. We seek Influence Apprentices from top universities to identify and recruit potential content creators to the platform. Resourceful and enthusiastic candidates should be familiar with creator-based platforms and should have a passion for building audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on plans to attract and onboard successful creators to Centerfold
  • Use social media to drive engagement and get the word out
  • Create 10 unique social media posts per week
  • Translate social media trends into unique and ownable concepts for Centerfold
  • Drive campus engagement of Centerfold

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, including Centerfold, and building the careers of creators
  • Must be currently enrolled in a 4 year university

In compliance with local or state law, we are disclosing the compensation range for roles in locations where legally required. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $18 and $20 hourly, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, sick time, flexible time away, fertility benefits, access to coaching and legal support, and pet insurance).

About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Content to lead the creation and execution of our content marketing strategy. The media landscape has changed: Companies no longer need to rely on traditional media and PR to generate brand awareness and share their message with their audience. Content is one of the critical components of our inbound motion and serves to increase awareness of Sprig, the problem we’re solving, and how we enable companies to build better products and grow more quickly. In the end, our content engine will help develop an engaged audience of brand advocates and ambassadors that will drive word of mouth for Sprig.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a plan to drive brand awareness of and interest in Sprig among our primary buyers (product managers, designers, and user researchers) aligned with how they like to learn and buy software. You will be responsible for creating messaging and content that is simple, clear, and easy to understand, and for continuously improving and optimizing our content marketing efforts. You will also be expected to approach every challenge with a willingness to never settle for less than the best, and to be empathetic to the needs and challenges of our target audience.

This role is based in either San Francisco or New York City with one to two days working in office.

Your Impact

  • Establish the content strategy and tone of voice for Sprig’s content––including the topics we should cover, the content formats we should produce, and the distribution channels we should focus on.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives brand awareness and demand
  • Grow and manage our social media presence, engaging with our followers regularly, and work with our CEO and subject matter experts’ accounts.
  • Secure and support speaking engagements, AMAs, guest blog posts, and podcast appearances for our CEO and subject-matter experts.
  • Work collaboratively with our demand generation team to develop and modify content for paid social, paid partnerships, SEO, and other campaigns.
  • Scale our influencer partnerships and leverage our influencer network to develop content for our brand channels.
  • Collaborate with our product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure that content is aligned with our product positioning and messaging
  • Analyze metrics and performance data to continually optimize our content marketing efforts
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content marketing, and incorporate new ideas and approaches into our strategy

Employee Pay Disclosure

The base salary range for this full-time position is $170,000 -$190,000 + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all locations (San Francisco, CA; New York, NY). Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Position Summary

The Editorial Manager is responsible for developing and delivering a variety of publications and communications in support of the Firm’s brand positioning, business development and recruitment objectives. Duties and Accountabilities

Editorial

  • Project manage the development and delivery of a variety of publications and print/online content. This may include (but is not limited to):
  • Defining requirements and writing/agreeing briefs
  • Developing and agreeing production schedules
  • Planning and commissioning content
  • Writing, copy-editing and proofing text
  • Agreeing changes with authors; overseeing and copy-editing proofs
  • Liaising with Brand & Design team and external agencies as necessary
  • Signing off jobs for print
  • Work with the Marketing Communications Director and Managers to develop content ideas that underpin campaigns
  • Draft articles, profiles, and other thought leadership materials, working with attorneys and business development teams
  • Re-write/re-purpose content from a variety of sources to ensure it can be used in multiple channels for maximum impact
  • Research and draft submissions for a variety of awards, e.g. FT Innovative Lawyers Award, Law360
  • Provide day-to-day editorial support to attorneys by advising on structure, reviewing and copy-editing text and ensuring technical material is accessible to a non-expert legal audience
  • Provide advice to internal teams on effective writing and editorial matters
  • Regularly review and update Firmwide promotional material, e.g. brochures, web content, boilerplate text, directory entries
  • Ensure all editorial content complies with the Firm’s brand messaging, tone of voice and editorial guidelines

Editorial Strategy and Process

  • Develop editorial policies and procedures to define the Firm’s editorial quality standards and ensure they are met
  • Develop systems to ensure that key publications are reviewed regularly and updated as necessary

Training

  • Develop regular program of writing and grammar training for key functions, e.g. marketing, knowledge management, HR, etc.

Quantifying and Reporting Results

  • Contribute to the design of systems and processes to define and monitor success; share results with internal teams to evolve client-focused content and create better copy
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of tools and initiatives to communicate successes and demonstrate value of the Firm’s marketing communications programs

Qualifications

  • College degree in journalism or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in an editorial role, including a mix of project-managing, copywriting and copy-editing promotional and technical publications and materials
  • A flair for writing imaginative and engaging copy, excellent editing and proofing skills, and a strong command of spelling, grammar and punctuation
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for consistency
  • Understanding of print production processes
  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) with confidence and ability to deal with partners, senior lawyers and staff at all levels
  • Experience of working in publishing or in a legal, professional services firm or similar corporate environment, preferably in an international context

The Multimedia Design Manager oversees static and motion visuals for all destinations at Canyon Ranch.  Manages video and graphic designers—full time and contractors. Oversees all visual project requests, including intake through the project management system, assigning roles, developing/reviewing creative briefs, identifying production schedules, press checks, and addresses questions or potential problems with clients and vendors. Coordinates and manages visual production vendors from estimates to completed projects and assists in the creation of multimedia projects for all properties.

 

Oversees compliance to resort brand guidelines ensuring the “look” is consistent, creative, on-brand and of high quality at all times working with direction from the Associate Creative Director, Video and Director of Content. Instructs cross-functional teams on how to use design tools. Develops and approves visual content for print; emails and on-property collateral; web site; mobile app; advertorials; and outbound local sales and marketing collateral. Collaborating with cross-functional teams that include sales, marketing, digital and corporation communications.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic and Visual Design, or at a minimum an Associate’s Degree in Art and Video Creation – and over four years of experience creating high-end visuals for luxury brands, and knows how to co-lead a team of creatives to produce their best work.  Understands the ever-evolving complexities of traditional and current visual storytelling and uses multimedia design to facilitate consumer-facing messaging about our robust wellness experiences.

 

Meticulous in creating a finished product, pays attention to all details of design, understands pre-press and overall production, is an expert communicator and collaborator, works great under pressure, has patience to coach and mentor others, and is able to handle multiple deadlines.

Senior Production Designer

Planet Technology is looking to add an exceptional Sr. Production Designer to assist our iconic tech client with their daily production. In this role, you will be a hands-on production designer creating static and animated assets for their TV platform. The ideal candidate for the role relishes in the details of the production design process, and understands how to deal with daily art production at a high volume and can work across vendors and producers with ease.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for processing large volumes of music photography, graphics, and motion graphics for use within multiple platforms
  • Processing of these photos and graphics may include cropping, retouching, and uploading into a CMS system
  • Leading vendors in daily art direction for both motion and still assets.
  • Familiarity with TV content and new media is a must.
  • Group communication on a micro and macro level is one of the biggest components of this role
  • Proficiency in slack is desired but not required.
  • Must have experience working in an iterative process, as well as experience in high volume QC/QA in a daily workflow.
