Your Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create engaging online content that enhances the learning experience around our technical products and sales knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for delivering high-quality content.

Your Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams/stakeholders to deliver agreed upon objectives
  • Create engaging online content for the best learning experience around technical products and sales knowledge
  • Utilize key stakeholders and partnerships for delivery of content
  • Measure online content effectiveness and usage
  • Partner with brand managers to help execute on marketing tactics that accelerate brand growth with customers through technical writing support
  • Support the Elanco Creative Services team with content creation supporting the overall U.S. Farm Animal marketing and sales needs
  • Coordination of select Elanco U.S. Farm Animal creative service projects and connection back with the business

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications): 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, animal sciences or related major.
  • Required Experience: 3 + years working in animal health pharmaceutical or related corporate industry. 2-5 years of marketing and/or sales experience. 2-5 years of training content creation experience
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Elanco does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.

Gallery Media Group is seeking a New-York based, in-the-know, entrepreneurial and seasoned content creator to make innovative video and social content for @ballplayers: the source for off-court and off-field culture and commentary that brings a new dimension and access to basketball and football superfans.

This role will execute on and grow the brand’s content landscape and positioning through connection-fueled content creation spanning Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and experiential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Autonomously create daily social video content for @ballplayers social platforms, meeting both ideation and content quotas, as well as driving consumer engagement.
  • Work with Executive Producer, Sports Content Lead, and the Social Strategy Team to create and refine innovative methodologies to support channel growth.
  • Creating quick-turn social content at scale as a producer/creator

The Editor and Content Strategist, Sr Manager plays a critical role in shaping and executing the Enterprise’s global content strategy.   • Shoot high-quality video and stills using both iPhone and DSLR cameras, ensuring exceptional composition, lighting, and clarity.
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop content ideas and execute content pieces that are not only relevant, native to platform, but align with brand objectives and standards.
  • Execute video editing and photo retouching.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in video content creation for social media at a consumer-facing brand or agency or similar experience.

Job Description

We are looking for experienced, driven, bilingual Social Media Content Specialists that are available to work a combination of shifts, including days – 8AM – 4PM North American Central Standard Time, evenings – 4PM -12AM North American Central Standard Time, and overnights 12AM – 8AM North American Central Time throughout the week AND on weekends, to join our growing team.

What awaits you?

  • Review, monitor, moderate, and respond to comments posted to our clients’ social channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) on behalf of our clients using their unique brand voice.
  • Craft creative written content to encourage participation and increase engagement across our clients’ social channels.
  • Provide our clients’ audience with an excellent experience through the clients’ social channels.
  • Escalate issues, observations, opportunities, and insights through the relevant channels.
  • Understand our clients’ social media strategy, tone-of-voice, and brand guidelines, to communicate with their audience efficiently.

Qualifications

Additional Information

The hourly pay range for this position is $14.75 to $15.00 USD. Actual hourly pay within the hourly range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
