The Creative Producer is a full-time on-site role working closely with the Art Director and the PCC team. The Creative Producer will ensure all small and large details have adequately been thought-out and executed before and during our photoshoots. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Art Director to brainstorm creative for lookbook, ecom and campaign photoshoots
  • Manage the shoot production and execution of all photography and video

We are searching for an Art Director to be the right hand, a trusted and confident wingman/person, to the CBO/Creative Director. This full time role will oversee a full 360, in-house, design and production teams of 9 in LA with weekly production supervision of assets in Hong Kong and China.

The Art Director needs to be a mature, creative problem solver with a strong managerial background in CPG. You are as comfortable presenting to a Marketing Director as you are to a retail partner. We’re a scrappy team, so we expect this AD not just to provide direction to designers, but also to execute your own ideas. You have experience working with epic story creators, from copy writers to video directors, and have strong writing skills yourself.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish production best practices including responsibilities and timelines while also driving projects forward with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage all aspects of the production process including project intake, scheduling, resourcing, budgets, project assets and licensing.
  • Keep all resources, projects and assets highly organized and act as a liaison to any and all partners who need access.
  • Communicate key project information and updates out to each function as needed and ensure they understand next steps, timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years producing creative projects, project management, and/or creative/PR agency experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator.
  • Ability to pivot and adjust quickly to schedule changes and creative needs.
  • Attention to detail, demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
  • Self-starter with an ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent organization and time management; able to prioritize large volume of work effectively and efficiently with tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of project management software a plus.
  • Working knowledge of video equipment and technologies a plus.

Work Location: Austin, TX. Local Austin-based candidates will be given priority.
