We are looking for a Social Media Content Producer to join Allo’s growth marketing team. If you’re a self-motivated creative, and love to create content with a mix of graphic design, photography, videography (motion graphics), and editing, this is the job for you!

As Allo’s Special Media Content Producer you will be responsible for the planning and development of creative content for our Social Media channels. The focus of this role will be in creating entertaining and engaging shareable video content on TikTok, IG, and Facebook, and working with our Content Marketing Specialist to create static posts utilizing photography and basic design.

Our ideal candidate will have great creative acumen and a proven track record in storytelling and production with an appetite for experimentation. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a ‘creator’ mindset, and keep up-to-date on social media content trends, and will most importantly be idea-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Come up with new social media content ideas and build content calendars
  • Shoot, edit and design content
  • For more complex projects, build storyboards and outlines and source talent or vendors if required lead, and produce all aspects of Allo’s video, photography, and design on social media, while working with a content marketing specialist for copy development
  • Monitor social feeds for ideas and keep up with trends and techniques in content creation.
  • Concept, create, and edit content for product marketing materials
  • Occasionally shoot video at events and PR related endeavors
  • Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic oriented environment
  • Working closely with Director of Growth Marketing

Requirements

  • A portfolio of work is preferred in the application for this role
  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
  • A Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in Graphic Design or Media
  • Experience with graphic design and photography
  • Experience with shooting videos, editing, producing short content (IG, Tiktok, Youtube)
  • Experience in social media channels. Active social media presence is an asset

What You Will Do:

The Sr. Media Specialist – Video Production produces and manages high-quality video projects to support Ascension System and Marketing & Communications (MarCom) efforts. Videos include internal and externally-facing content, ranging from leadership messages, program-specific stories, testimonials from patients, providers and associates, news-style programming, media VNRs, educational videos, special events highlights, and/or other content to support Ascension initiatives, programs, and events.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with video production team, Ascension MarCom colleagues and internal/external partners to capture assets for use in ongoing video storytelling
  • Strong emphasis on production, field producing and script development – gathering compelling content through interviews and video shoots on location, at events and virtually
  • Leads video projects from pre-production through post-production to create visually appealing and Ascension brand-aligned video content to achieve Ascension strategic goals
  • Provides production leadership on site during video shoots and represents Ascension MarCom shared services team in various locations throughout the Ministry
  • Collaborates and provides guidance to Ascension stakeholders including leadership, MarCom colleagues and video production partners by advising on all aspects of production and project planning (including pre-production logistics, onsite needs, post-production elements, etc.)
  • Builds relationships with colleagues and collaborators as trusted video production partners
  • Actively manages key video projects from initial project development (scope of work, estimate, approval, planning and execution) to delivery of finished projects and archiving.
  • Collaborates with Ascension teams to assess new project requests, track existing or planned video projects and connect, share and maximize effectiveness and reach of video content
  • Manages video production processes and tools to guide day-to-day video production workflow and resources including project tracking, b-roll and archival footage, music subscription, content sharing and management

This commercial will film AT DISNEYLAND in Anaheim, CA.

OCP talent will be paid the following:

  • Adult Rate/Session Fee – $500/per person /10 hours
  • Kids Rate/Session Fee – $500/ per person / hours worked depends on age and state law
  • Covid Testing Fee – $35 / per person / per test
  • Fitting Fee $75 / per person / each person will need to bring choices of wardrobe to the fitting, as the director likes talent to wear their own clothes for the shoot.
  • One Time Buyout Fee $1000 / per person

We may be booking “Back Up” Families as well. These families will be asked to be CoVid tested and may be fitted. If you are booked as a Back Up family, you are being booked to hold the film day in case the OCP family tests positive to Covid. Booked BackUp Families will be compensated the following:
