Our luxury retail client is looking for a Assistant Producer. This role will be onsite Tues-Thurs approx 10-20 hours per week, through end of year.
It will be an onsite freelance role in SODO (Seattle), There is possibility of extending into 2023.
In this role, the Assistant Producer will:
- Manage day-to-day studio tasks including but not limited to: moving product, unpacking boxes, ensuring equipment is set up, handling in-bound and out-bound orders, etc.
- Work extensively with two in-house photographers, ensuring they have everything they need for a shoot and are on schedule
- Help create impromptu social media content (quick TikTok videos, Instagram Stories, etc)
The ideal Assistant Producer will have:

- Experience working within a studio is required
- Experience working within Luxury retail is a bonus

You would be responsible for the design, production and project management of graphics, assets, and initiatives with a wide variety of deliverables specifically created for the Communications Team, principal, and external stakeholders.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Multimedia Producer will require knowledge and mastery of a wide variety of artistic techniques and stay up to date with emerging technologies to provide world-class creative services for the organization.
- Manages creative talent and vendors in the design and production of established creative services projects in a timely and cost-efficient way.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service, create a positive work environment, and maintain positive work relationships with coworkers.
- Closely collaborates with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication about and delivery of all projects.

Design
- Ideate and design event signage (banners, place cards, invites, etc.)

Asset management
- Assist with downloading, formatting and distributing creative assets

Summary
The Stadium Retail and Events Manager is a dynamic leader who oversees the daily operations of all stadium souvenir retail sites for both on-site and off-site special events. The Stadium Retail and Events Manager ensures outstanding guest service, company policies and operational success in an exciting environment while meeting and exceeding budgeted goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Building a strong, knowledgeable, enthusiastic sales staff to execute all stadium and special events, including but not limited to home OL Reign, Sounders FC and Seahawks games, International Friendlies, CONCACAF, Training Camp, Starfire and 12 Tour and any other booked stadium events as necessary
- Overseeing all daily operations ensuring efficiency and creating a first-class guest experience
- Scheduling of staff and accurate tracking and coding of shifts in time keeping system

- Coordinate with the Director of Retail Operations to book events and increase overall communication between all teams
- Communicate effectively with front office retail staff to ensure store needs are being met, concerns are addressed and opportunities are not being missed
- Plan and set clear sales and customer service goals, holding staff accountable for achieving our measurable department goals
