K&N has an immediate need for an OEM Product Manager to join our team in Riverside, CA

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Create and submit PPAP, ISIR, IMDS, and APA documentation for our specific customer requirements
Work closely with the Engineering team to support their needs on projects
Work with Purchasing on reception of goods along with providing proper specifications and documents
Work with Quality Control to ensure products meet specifications
Applies engineering principles to design Intakes, Exhaust, and Accessories
Develop project plans and identify test objectives and standards related to OEM accessory products
Must understand specific principles used in engineering and design of intake, exhaust and performance accessory products
Work with customers to resolve any issues. Follow up to insure they are resolved
Communicate with production personnel regularly to maintain an effective working relationship
Will perform supervisory and administrative duties as required
Constantly monitor and support all O.E. web portals which contain vital Administrative, Compliance, forecast orders, Purchasing and Quality details

Experience, Skills & Education:

B.S. degree in Engineering preferred
0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
ASME Y14.5-2009 GD&T knowledge
Experience with Solidworks 3-D CAD software required
Must have a background and understand basic principles used in engineering, machining, manufacturing and testing
Have a thorough understanding of BMS
Thorough understanding of K&N’s manufacturing techniques and current standards preferred

Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills external customers
Consistently demonstrate a positive company image to K&N customers
Consistently good attendance, flexible with shift start times, and availability to work overtime

What You Will Do – Essential Responsibilities

  • Be a thought leader who helps set the strategic direction for business partners in Product, Technology and Operations
  • Partner across the business to ensure the strategy of all teams you support ladders to CarMax’s overall retail vision

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

WOO More Play is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media and highly crafted content creation that connects the WOO community through various online social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, TikTok, etc). The Social Media Coordinator is responsible in delivering inspiring, disruptive and innovative content.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, calendar, content and posts across all major platforms (currently TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Linked In. Potential to expand to other platforms down the line)
  • Build and update a social content calendar, including sourcing imagery/videos/UGC content, creating (in partnership with design) original graphics/content/video, and (in partnership with copywriter) copy across organic and sponsored posts
  • Collaborate with Creative Director and creative team to create engaging social-first content, campaigns, and other social media posts
  • Ability to create original content on your own (specifically TikTok)
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign

The team is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to help shape product strategy and lead GTM launches. In partnership with product and GTM cross-functional partners, this role will build products for our advertiser clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a strategic view of long-term product opportunities based on advertiser inbound (e.g., market research, quantitative analysis, and qualitative feedback). Shape product development in partnership with cross-functional partners (e.g., PM, Data Science, Engineers).
