Job Title: Director, TV Sales Planning & Analysis, International Distribution

Summary of Position
The Director, TV Sales Planning and Analysis will manage Planning and Analysis activities for international sales teams in the on-going measurement and communication of financial performance of TV licensing across all Lionsgate Film and TV product. The role will be responsible for forecasting revenues that will drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) reporting as well as help to inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and review of annual budget and drive forecasts by salesperson, territory and region.
- Maintain ultimates across TV Series and Motion Pictures films, making updates based on quarterly accounting meetings and ensuring the latest is loaded in the forecast.
- Updating the 3-year revenue forecast for international territories and preparing variance analysis and presentation materials for executives.
- Managing contracted and forecast data in Salesforce with the help of the sales teams.
- Lead weekly updates with the sales teams
- Assist with deal valuation for international and global licensing discussion.
- Help create ultimates for future productions and acquisitions.
- Participate in and assist with business operating reviews, enabling discussions about the current and future state of the business.

Qualifications and Skills

The General Manager is responsible for the efficient, professional and profitable operation of the assigned Spectra venue. In addition to managing the day to day business operations, the General Manager solicits new sources of revenue, both on and off the venue property. Responsible for overall management, promotion, and operation of the facility, including construction, purchasing, policy administration, booking, marketing, finance, food and beverage, box office, advertising, security, production, maintenance, and related operations for an Arena/Complex. This position is responsible for the development, coordination and management of all aspects and strategies for the arena’s entertainment events.
This role will pay a salary betwen $100,000 and $120,000.

Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $113,000 – $182,850. Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Head of Business & People Operations to assist in all HR and People Operations initiatives
- Act as the first face our staff, customers, and visitors see when contacting or visiting TicketManager; which includes receiving and directing visitors
- Manage calendars, and strategic needs for our Executive Team
- Make travel, meeting, and event arrangements including working with Marketing on our conference sponsorships and arrangements

We are looking for an experienced Assistant to a Talent Manager who has a genuine passion for being a part of our mission. This position will be located in our Culver City office and may be asked to be in the office on a hybrid schedule (days in-office to be determined)? In this role you will:
· Be the point of contact for all inbound and outbound aspects for a high-level Talent Manager including coordinating travel for clients, maintaining client’s calendars, note-taking, rolling calls, deal/payment tracking, etc.
