Job Mission
We are looking for a freelance fashion photographer who will work with us on a monthly basis to take model shots for our website. Responsibilities will include lighting, directing models, creating a variety of lifestyle shots, organizing digital assets, and processing photo imagery.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as head fashion photographer, shooting a high volume of styles on models
- Shoot lifestyle photography that translates well to social media
- Work with in-house team for retouching to maintain consistent, efficient, high quality images
- Recruit and hire freelance team as needed
- Sourcing, purchasing, and maintenance of all photo equipment
Requirements
- 5+ years of previous fashion photo studio production
- Able to photograph all fashion categories
- Able to work both on location and in our Philadelphia studio
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
- Strong understanding of fashion lighting
- Must have strong knowledge of digital workflow
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate a positive, inclusive, and respectful experience for all on-set

Quad is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Junior Producer for our studio in Coraopolis,
PA producing branded photography for Dick’s Sporting Goods. The Junior Producer is responsible for overseeing photo
and/or video projects from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and seamlessly, while reporting on progress to senior
team members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing both small and large-scale projects
- Supporting team members to maximize productivity
- Ensuring projects stay within timescales and budget
- Structuring projects and devising processes that ensure efficiency
- Generating clear and succinct project reports
- Engaging with creative teams to understand their progress with tasks
- Liaising with clients and members of the creative team, to keep projects running smoothly
- Presenting work to stakeholders for sign-off
- Initiate bids from photographers, modeling agencies, stylist agencies, location scouts and freelancers
- Develop and manage shot lists for custom photography projects and production timelines
- Coordinate procurement and return/donation of product(s) for shooting
- Creation of purchase orders and processing of invoices for all outside vendor costs
- Work with vendors to insure timely completion of projects
- Develop and refine process to increase productivity without decrease in quality
- Handle multiple project timelines and budgets simultaneously
- Route materials for both internal and external client approval
- Communicate with client service teams and vendors during all stages of project(s)
- Ensure that adequate levels of content production are maintained, and such production is of a high standard of quality
Qualifications
- Degree in Photography, Media, Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Business Management or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years professional industry experience producing in a high-end, high-volume photography studio for retail advertising,
- catalog, or other commercial photography
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to meet deadlines
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude towards work
- An understanding of both technical and creative processes
- Demonstrated organizational skills
- Confidence to drive a team in order to get the best results for a project

We’re casting men age 40-50, of all races/ethnicities, for an aviation safety video filming March 5-6 (Saturday & Sunday) in the Greater Pittsburgh area. Pay is $1,000 total ($500 per day).
This nonspeaking role requires you to walk, move luggage, interact with crewmembers, and demonstrate airplane safety features.

CASTING TALENT FOR FITNESS/WEIGHT LOSS COMMERCIAL — RATE IS $500 – $2,000
We’re casting several roles for a weight loss commercial filming Feb. 10 – 11 (Thursday and Friday) in the Pittsburgh area.
You must be local to the Greater Pittsburgh region and be available on both days (although you may only perform one day, we don’t yet know which day that will be).
The roles/rates are:
CLIENT/MOM: Female, 40s, Caucasian, brown hair. You’re not an athlete, but you’re a regular mom who is able to lift light weights to workout. May deliver one or two lines of dialogue. Two days, $2,200 total.
COACH/TRAINER: Female, 30s-40s, any race/ethnicity. You don’t have to be Olympic-level fit, but you should be in relatively good shape. May deliver one or two lines of dialogue. One day, $1,100 total.
DAD: Male, 40s, Caucasian. Regular dad vibes. Must be able to comfortably interact with “family” on camera. No dialogue. One day, $700 total.

- We’re looking for Black, Hispanic, and Asian moms ages 33-45 with a son or daughter age 5-8 for a TV commercial filming in Pittsburgh on Feb. 24. Pay is $1,700 for mom and $1,300 for the child.
- You must live near the Greater Pittsburgh area and be available for work all day on Feb. 24. There is no travel provided for this job.
- This is a nonspeaking role that requires a self-taped audition.
