In this case, we are recruiting talents living in Durham, NC, or surrounding areas for future field production projects to be shot in our shooting studio located in Durham.
We are in the process of building a database of all kinds of talents (models, actors, influencers), of all ages and ethnicities, and we would love for you to be a part of it! ?

What you need to do is very simple:

Position Overview

The Associate Producer is critical in securing the best quality content possible and contributing to class creation throughout every stage of production. The AP works alongside the Content Team and teacher to develop the content they will lead for live classes, reviewing every class in real-time to thoroughly ensure safety, accuracy, and Glo’s best practices.

In post-production, this role is the gatekeeper between our production process and publishing content to the platform, reviewing each piece of content for appropriate leveling, tagging, sound, and display. As needed, this position will also support in-studio or on-location shoots alongside the Studio Team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with world-class instructors under a unique subscription offering that’s changing the landscape of health and wellness.

What You’ll Do

  • Livestream Teacher Support: Support teachers ahead of scheduled livestream classes in order to fulfill member needs; Serve as a content expert in order to provide feedback to teachers, communicating any therapeutic or quality concerns quickly to production and talent; Take notes while reviewing classes live in order to aid the Production Team in publishing classes on-demand within 24 business hours.
  • Content Development & Research: Maintain and uphold consistent QC standards across modality of expertise through all stages or production; Pitch content ideas supported with research in preparation for livestream class development; Develop content ideas based on research on general market trends, teacher interests, and insights provided from Glo’s Data team; Once content ideas are approved by the Content Team and teacher, work directly with the teacher to support his or her preparation; Research prospective teachers (as directed); Support the Customer Experience team to answer user questions and/or make changes to available classes.
  • Post-Production Quality Assurance: Review all video content by deadlines outlined by the Content Team before content is scheduled to be published; Maintain communication feedback loops with the Production Team on edit requests as needed; Ensure accurate class tagging and file management when preparing content to be published.

Qualifications

  • Certified yoga practitioner, with a fluency over a broad range of teaching styles and philosophies (i.e. RYT 200)
  • Knowledge of human anatomy for health and safety

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • Experience working cross functionally between teams
  • Strong research skills
  • Minimum of 1 year of production experience

Preferred Qualifications

As the Associate Photography Producer for Sonder’s Photo Operations team, you’ll manage production for Sonder property photoshoots across your designated region (East, South, Central, or West). At Sonder You Will

  • Assist in the organization and production of local photoshoots with freelance talent including the following:
    • Ensure all production materials are properly organized (contracts, pitch decks, shotlists, and call sheets)
    • Provide production support for freelance photographers leading up to and on the day of shoot days
    • Schedule sessions, source materials, resources, props, etc. as required for the production of photoshoots
    • Lead day of set-up and teardown
    • Ensure provided shot lists, shoot direction, and image requirements are met, sending key photos to the Senior Creative Producer for final approval
    • Follow up for file handoff after shoots are completed
  • Support the Senior Creative Producer on new projects, ideation, and production

What We Look For

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in photography and/or video production or similar work experience is required

Under the leadership of a Senior Digital Producer, the Associate Digital Producer will help define the component or product offering, assist in building detailed schedules, contribute to managing budgets, help guide the content development or transformation, assist with QA, and help launch products to the market. The work of the Humanities Associate Digital Producer will impact K-12 education by helping to bring 21st century learning products to market. The decisions made by the Associate Producer

position will influence the success of the Humanities product offerings. The scope of the work will encompass a wide range of multimedia formats on a variety of platforms and delivery devices available today, and new devices and platforms in the future.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Be a key participant in teams of Editors, Designers, QA and Senior Producers working on innovative Humanities product offerings.
