Pharma Campaign Casting Call for Plus-Sized Talent

A Major Pharmaceutical company and MiLO Casting are looking ACROSS AMERICA for PLUS SIZED ADULTS to share their journeys to shift the narrative about weight bias!
Looking For:
1.) Female-identifying persons and Male-identifying persons 30-50 yrs of any ethnicity or orientation living in the US
2) You are either currently plus sized OR you were plus size in the past.
3.) You would like to share your personal story about your journey in order to help shift the narrative about weight bias!
4.) Those selected will be recording an interview for internal, case study usage only (not public facing) discussing such things as – whether you are looking to make (or have already made) a lifestyle shift, worries about your future health, Previous (or present) insecurities about your appearance.
5.) We are not looking for actors or models, simply looking for real people with real stories!

Those chosen for this campaign will be financially compensated up to $1,500 USD based on appearance in final assets.

TŪTŪ
70s, Native Hawaiian, she is a warm, quick-witted woman who speaks with a local Pidgin accent. Lilo and Nani’s neighbor for years, kind and hospitable, and understanding of Lilo and Nani’s struggles.

MRS. KEKOA
55, AANHPI, she is a social worker, a practical, by-the-book kind and patient woman who checks in regularly with Nani, whom she can tell is struggling to keep her head above water while taking care of Lilo.

Job Summary:

The Associate Media Director constructs the strategic groundwork for media plans. They work within the organization and led the development of building multi-channel media plans and tactics that deliver on client’s goals. They utilize industry trends, media tools and resources, and proven media to drive the strategic media recommendations.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Responsible for creating strategies and recommendations for media plans across on-line and off-line media: Video (National and Local television, OTT, addressable TV, Digital/Social Video), Audio (National and Local Radio, Digital Audio (including Podcasts), Print, and Out-of-home, Social, Search, and more
  • Develop a working knowledge of client’s goals, guidelines and strategies and an understanding of how that is translated through strategic media planning techniques
  • Gather and analyzes data to provide sound, strategic, consumer-insights driven media recommendations
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining media documents such as flowcharts, POV’s, and budget sheets
  • Work with buying team to ensure all campaigns are running as ordered
  • Assist in campaign post buy development – a collaborative with Buying team
  • Build Media Plan presentations that are visual
  • Keep abreast and able to provide POVs on media trends, media outlets, etc.
  • Supports or manages day-to-day client interactions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years Media Agency Planning experience
  • Experience with media tools- Ad Intel, Scarborough, MRI, Telmar, etc
  • Must be able to showcase innovative thinking and a firm understanding of the media landscape to build multi-channel paid media strategies, including broadcast, digital, social and out-of-home
  • Experience planning local media across diverse DMA’s
  • Strong attention to detail, follow through, and organization is a must
  • Math skills and analytical thinking skills a must

What will you be doing?

What are we looking for?

  • 4+ years of experience as a Mobile Game Producer;
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in the video game industry;
  • 5+ years of experience leading multiple concurrent games from concept to release;
  • 10+ years of experience as a Game Producer;
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience;
  • Demonstrated analytical and data- informed decision making;
  • Experienced partner management and relationship-building skills;
  • Experience in several stages of development (planning, execution, delivery, post-release support);
  • A strong passion for games and gaming.
