THE ROLE:

The Digital Advertising Director will manage all facets of the marketing & digital advertising process, focusing on digital media planning & buying strategy and analytics. This position will be responsible for utilizing previous experience to assist in the development and designing and implementing creative marketing plans, digital strategy and execution of plans, including social media, display, and search campaigns, as well as detailed reports and optimizations. In addition, the Digital Advertising Director role will be expected to lead the entire asset request and management process through the entirety of the campaign, including recommendations for what features ads should entail (i.e., Call to Action), trafficking creative, sending tags to publishers, and analyzing performance on a daily basis. This role requires an experienced digital leader to define the strategic plan for all digital channels. This position reports to Senior Marketing Director, and Head of Marketing. This is not a remote position.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create scalable growth plans and marketing campaigns with high-impact solution sets to maximize opportunity optimization
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day marketing plan implementation and budgets
  • Analyze past performances of related events to determine how to reach targeted demographic for maximum ticket sales
  • Train and onboard members on team directly and partnering teams and clients
  • Product Management of Digital Tech Stack (websites and third-party platforms/integrations)
  • Implement campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Platforms (GDN, SEM, & YouTube), TikTok, Snapchat
  • Deliver media campaign updates; recommend optimizations based on vendor / platform performance
  • Manage and oversee internal audience database and update across Facebook, Snapchat, & other required platforms at least weekly
  • Maintain plan records, insertion orders, contact lists, spec documents, purchaser data, invoices, etc.
  • Utilize data and analytics to grow digital channel mix and provide frequent quantitative recommendations to improve strategy
  • Partner closely with project management, marketing, and social media teams and marketing/media vendors to request and deliver necessary marketing assets
  • Stay abreast of digital trends, competitive landscape, and new vendor offerings
  • Conduct post-campaign recaps that include analysis of media plan, digital metrics and strategic recommendations for future events
  • Organize and present strategic recommendations and reporting in PowerPoint to managers and executives as needed
  • Manage and oversee the entire digital ad trafficking process, including creating tags, sending to partners, & updating creative on the back end when required
  • Build campaign performance reporting inclusive of aggregating information from third parties for Announce, On-Sale, and campaign end, as well as weekly reports
  • Accurately manage vendor billing
  • Troubleshoot media plan & proposal discrepancies to implement more efficient systems
  • Ownership of campaigns from inception, RFPs, and planning to implementation, execution, and actualization
  • Build trust, collaborate/value others, drive execution, foster innovation and protect Insomniac’s brand integrity

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 7+ Years’ Experience managing, supervising and strategizing direct response advertising campaigns
  • 6+ years of experience working in digital media – agency/social experience preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Search, YouTube, and Twitter strategy and implementation
  • Experience managing a team of 5 or more team members
  • High level of focus on KPIs understanding the goals, tracking and hitting of KPIs
  • Experience in programmatic media, data analysis and budgeting
  • Google Ads planning and implementation experience, especially with YouTube, GDN, and SEM
  • Advanced understanding of digital media buying process (i.e., digital vendors, negotiation, creative asset management, implementation, reporting)
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Google Drive (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Calendar)

Job Description

The Producer will be responsible for developing and producing news packages needed for different newscasts.

Job Duties

  • Research, write and produce strong editorial copy and packages with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Produce live segments, including writing sharp questions and identifying the most robust possible elements when booking guests
  • Pitch the most relevant, timely, and compelling ideas for day-of and future segments
  • Quality checks all video content and keeps Executive Producer and Line Producer up to date with daily news development of assigned stories
  • Secure elements such as sound bites and video to support segments and packages
  • Generate original guest ideas daily, tapping into a broad array of sources for ideas
  • Support correspondents with interviews, coordination, and script revision as well as supervise the editing
  • Field producer on locations when needed
  • Work with the local NBC Production Support team when additional technical support is needed such as extra audio personnel and gear
  • Be responsible for finding locations for live shots, preparing permits, location releases, and needed Insurance paperwork for those locations

This role will report full-time ON-SITE at our West Hollywood Office.

The Role:

Moonbug Entertainment is looking for a full-time experienced development producer to join the growing production team in Los Angeles. This position will play a significant role in further growing the global success seen across all our brands, in particular Cocomelon and Blippi.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of CGI animation and have the ability to oversee and coordinate multiple bids as well as identify new studios to work alongside. Working in the fast paced and rapidly expanding environment of Moonbug they will bring an outstanding commercial awareness as well as expert consultancy skills. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and be proficient at handling budgets, scheduling, resourcing and planning.

Reporting into the VP, Head of Production based in London, the candidate will also work closely with the creative team in order to interpret the creative brief whilst producing budget and schedule. You will be expected to liaise with the commercial team and help prepare them for their conversations with external commissioners, platforms and funding bodies. This will involve interpreting the creative pitch, creating a budget and schedule for the project, liaising with animation / production houses to ensure the information is accurate and presenting to other departments within the company.

We work with studios from all over the world and collaborate with our team in London, so flexibility and openness to coordinate with different time zones is a must.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience within animation and content production
  • Budgeting and scheduling experience is essential
  • Must have experience in both short form, long form and series
  • Live action production experience is not essential, but would be highly beneficial
  • Podcast and other content format experience is also desirable
  • Excellent client-facing ability
  • A problem solver and able to foresee issues and plan accordingly
  • Extremely organized, motivated, adaptable, diverse skillset, and personable.
  • Highly collaborative, resourceful, curious with great calm and a good sense of humour

Job Description

The Production Engineer I is responsible for the smooth operation of daily tasks and troubleshooting. This individual will be responsible for day to day activity in the Postproduction, graphic and studio areas. The position is responsible for experienced level troubleshooting and support as well as participating in short and long-term strategic planning of all broadcast technology.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the smooth operation of Graphics and Post-Production for the facility acting as a front-line support, that can trouble shoot and diagnosis technical errors
  • Responsible for confirming that equipment used in the Graphics and postproduction process works properly.
  • Works with external providers to resolve technical and workflow issues with provided equipment and systems.
  • Implementation of a routine preventative maintenance program, that includes software and hardware updates.
  • Installing Video, Audio and Graphic equipment
  • Regulates, documents and implements procedures
  • Responsible for the support of both Live and Post-Production operations within the facility.
  • Passionate about the Graphics process, excited by new technologies and opportunities and ready to help develop and improve the existing process and infrastructure.
  • Proficient at communicating both problems and solutions to technical and non-technical personnel alike and will help develop new processes, technologies, and techniques, which will help to improve the running of the facility.
  • Desire to be proactive and enhance the department needs

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the technical support of Graphics and Post-Production Facility or operation.
  • BS degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Desired Characteristics

  • Knowledge and experience with Mac systems
  • Knowledge and experience with Adobe CS Production Bundle & C4D, render solutions,
  • Knowledge and experience with Avid Media Composer, Interplay, and Nexis preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication as well as diplomacy skills
  • Knowledge of 4K workflows a plus
  • Possess strong hands-on, problem-solving skills with broadcast-related equipment and systems, with the ability to meet deadlines, and with an understanding of the urgent and dynamic needs of an “On-Air” broadcast facility.
  • The ability to work both alone and in a team environment with fellow Engineers, Operations, IT, Transmission and other departments, while maintaining a strong Customer focus.
  • Clear understanding of a variety of video and audio CODECS, wrappers and the formats involved in file-based workflows.
  • Adobe Production Bundle, including Adobe After Effects and Photoshop
  • Experience and understanding of network production is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of MAC OS and Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
  • Working knowledge of data transfer acceleration systems such as File Catalyst, Aspera, Signiant and SFTP.
  • Experience and understanding of anti-piracy measures and the relationship with IT security in a Graphics and Post-Production environment.
  • Good understanding of modern Graphics and Post-Production workflows and media management.
  • Ability and desire to learn new production technologies.
  • Experience with VM platforms a plus.
