POSITION PROFILE

Provides direct hands on support within a legal office environment setting. Performs various office support tasks which may include one or more of the following areas of responsibility: copy, production, and scanning, fax, mail and shipping, records support, direct floor support, hospitality assistance, conference room set up and scheduling, receptionist backup, and light facilities support. A Senior Legal Onsite Service Specialist must possess a high level of presentation skills, interpersonal etiquette, and customer service skills to communicate with senior level attorneys, partners, clients, opposing counsel, vendors, staff, and others. This position reports directly to a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, or an Assistant Site Manager.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Possess the legal background to understand client matter work flow, such as:
  • Charge back to firm and/or clients for work, supplies, hours, etc.
  • Familiar with legal technologies and software such as document management systems as well as cost recovery and charge back systems (examples: Copitrak/Equitrac, etc.).
  • Familiar with legal records management processes.
  • Familiar with processes and documents such as: closing binders, depositions, transcripts, briefs, addendums, filings, discovery, judgments, knowledge of court systems, and the proper delivery of items and documents within the court system.
  • Assists with scheduling needed equipment, labor, and supplies for offsite trial(s).

  • Responsible for interacting and providing professional level support to executive level end users at various levels, including: legal assistants, firm administration, project managers, paralegals, associates, and partners.
  • Work to accurately produce jobs and projects according to required deadlines. Job and project deadlines may be short and require composure and professionalism.
  • Runs all copier equipment including high volume copy machines, fax services, postage meter, and personal computer.
  • Performs tasks and utilizes equipment such as: paper cutter, hole driller, bindery equipment, jogger, tape machine, stackers, and electric stapler.

  • Delivers completed reproduction work to pre-determined delivery areas. This may include delivery areas outside of the customers office location.
  • Deliveries and pickups may require travel between offices or another office location.
  • Performs duties related to the shipping and receiving of materials and packages.
  • Performs filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests, which may include ‘purging’ and archiving old documents.
  • Performs duties of scanning, file conversion, file naming, and encryption.
  • Performs FTP (File Transfer Protocol) between computers and files for printing.
  • Manage TOC (Table of Contents) – first page of electronic file.
  • Perform duties that involve OCR (Optical Character Recognition) files to assist with key word search.
  • Performs file formatting for printing in programs such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • Performs daily quality checks on convenience copiers to ensure proper functionality.
  • Responds to errors or troubled copy machines. Also works to clear paper jams.
  • Maintains daily meter and service logs.
  • Stocks and organizes convenience copier areas.

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

Job Summary & Purpose

As Entertainment Writer on Gamesradar.com, you will be responsible for helping to continue the rapid global growth of the website by delivering content that connects with a global audience of millions of TV and Film fans. You will be an expert in the field who knows your MCU from your DCEU, your James Bond from your Jack Reacher, and your Jedi from your Jawa.

You will play a pivotal role ensuring that the website is updated multiple times a day with new articles: working with the Senior Entertainment Editor, Global EiC, and wider US and UK team to create a daily output of content in line with the site’s strategy. You’ll be comfortable writing about all aspects of entertainment content, with a particular focus on popular genres of TV and Film.

From news, previews and features, to reviews and how to watch guides, you will be able to quickly write entertaining and informative copy that answers readers’ queries and is written in a way that ranks well in Search.You’ll have an instinct for what brings the audience to GamesRadar.com, and be willing to engage with data to shape your workflow and drive the site to further success. You will instinctively understand what the audience wants to read about, and will have a strong drive to deliver that content first, ahead of GR’s key rivals.

You will play a very hands-on role, and may be required to perform many different content tasks for the site, which may also include repurposing and sub-editing existing editorial copy – ensuring that it meets the requirements of our SEO strategy and is optimised where appropriate for Search and ecommerce as appropriate.

You may also be required to write occasional marketing pieces, for Future’s wider brands, as well as client partnerships; also, regular social media posts and email newsletter digests of the site’s content.

We are seeking a Video Producer to join our team and work onsite with the world’s largest search engine as a vendor.

This Producer will execute a diverse set of responsibilities within a small, fast-paced video production team that puts out a tremendous amount of content. Producer will work directly with a number of internal teams (including Geo, Search, Rews, Core and other internal brands). The individual must have video production experience and be able to manage all sides of production: concepting, pre-production, field production, post production and publishing. Any experience with editing, after effects or camera work a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

Producer will be the point person for liaising between the internal project stakeholders and the larger video production team. Work with a large team of production specialists – both agencies and individuals – to produce assets in a timely, budget-minded fashion. You will assist with every part of the project, from conception to storyboarding to crew management to post production and delivery. Producer will understand what works on various platforms, and be able to juggle numerous projects at the same time. Ability to travel and produce in the field on domestic and foreign productions is a must.

Key Skills And Requirements

Video production experience is necessary, with experience managing a project from concept to delivery a key. Must work at a fast pace and be able to handle multiple projects across timezones. Experience dealing with multiple rounds of post-production notes, scripting, graphic asset direction and working with clients. Must be a team player willing to pitch into any part of the process that will insure quality and delivery. Documentary-style field production and Premiere editing experience are helpful, though not necessary.

We are seeking TWO paid Photography Interns whose primary objective is to shoot, edit and catalog photography assets. This position will work with creative, marketing, merchandising as well as external vendors to generate, gather, store, and distribute visual assets as needed. This team member will be responsible for photographing products for our e-commerce site, catalog and other photography needs in a way that highlights key features and benefits and will allow us to stand out in the marketplace.
