The Role

The TripleLift CTV Creative Writer/Producer brings a superior creative eye and experience to our group, delivering superb creative in the form of writing, video production, animation, visual design, and more for our new Advanced Advertising division. Working closely with the CTV VP of Creative and the Director of Post-Production Operations, our Writer/Producer will lead the creative charge in developing and producing external ad campaign assets as well as marketing and sales materials for our business organization.

The role will be responsible for developing creative assets on a deadline, working on multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborating with internal team members as well as freelance individuals and vendors. Responsibilities

  • Write, produce and creative video, animated, and visual material for TripleLift’s CTV team, including external ad campaign assets and internal sales & marketing collateral.
  • Work closely with internal creative team and manage external resources to craft creative, including VP of Creative, Director of Post-Production Operations, writers, editors, designers, animators, VFX team, and more.
  • Ideate and bring creative inspiration to individual projects as well as to the team as a whole.
  • Manage deadlines and production schedules to ensure timely deliveries of all projects.
  • Source and review video footage and other visual assets for use in development of creative projects.
  • Oversee CTV Creative team members and delegate production tasks amongst collaborators.
  • Ensure creative excellence, cohesiveness and quality across all creative.

Desired Skills And Attributes

  • A Bachelor’s degree in television production, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related discipline is preferred, though candidates with relevant experience who hold other degrees will be considered.
  • 6-8 years of experience at a creative agency, television or entertainment environment in a promo/brand marketing/creative services organization.
  • Strong creative eye and writing skills (creative and administrative).
  • Comfortable with post-production terminology and project directives.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Great attitude and ability to manage and direct team members (internal and external).
  • Detail oriented with excellent presentation and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in the television/entertainment industry as well as the ad tech industry is a plus.
  • Please have a strong portfolio to submit.

We are Life Drawing Therapy and we are looking for one male talent and one female talent as portrait life models for an online therapeutic life drawing session organized with a charity looking after girls with eating disorders.

Selected candidates will be modelling clothed and unclothed for therapeutic painting and drawing classes attended by girls with eating disorders. Sessions will be online, so models will pose from home. A professional teacher will supervise the class and direct the model at all times.

The workshops are planned on three Saturdays 10:00-12:00am & 14:00-16:00pm Uk time starting on 5th March (12 hours in total)

For reasons of privacy, models name or personal information won’t be disclosed. You may choose a nickname, and then you will be called that. It is also mandatory for all participants to have the camera on at all times and it is strictly forbidden to record or take pictures.

Successful candidates:

– Has previous experiences as life model or as model, actress or dancer (preferred, not required)

– Has a genuine interest in helping people with eating disorders

– Is body positive and body confident

– Has a bright private room, fast internet and an hd cam

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the development and management of all assigned project-related aesthetic, show, and guest-experience elements. The Show Producer defines and ensures compliance with Creative goals and intent; informing and advising Senior Management of Project status and Issues. Acts as the Creative Lead on assigned projects, supervising any assigned staff and workloads and determines strategies ensuring the successful completion of all tasks and/or assignments through all aspects of design and production from original concept through final installation. The Show Producer shall be responsible for ensuring conformance with any and all 3rd party Intellectual Properties from a creative standpoint.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Show Producer is the Responsible Individual to ensure the Project’s Creative Design Intent is successfully achieved in all guest-experience related aspects of the Project. As part of the Project’s leadership team, the Show Producer is responsible to partner with the team to develop, review and manage scopes, contract documents, cost estimates, schedules, strategies and work plans to align with achieving the Project’s creative intent.
  • Assures guest-experience and creative design intent is properly designed, developed, articulated and documented.  Manages and interfaces with appropriate internal and external resources through every phase of design, production and installation to ensure Creative Intent Documentation (artwork, models, design packages, treatments etc.) is properly developed and that Attraction Scopes, Close-out Documentation and Quality Standards consistently align with the Project’s creative intent.
  • Develops and manages work plans, estimates, schedules and tasks for all creative design and art direction activities in support of the overall Project goals and strategies.  Ensure appropriate level and number of design, art direction and specialist resources are assigned as needed throughout the project.
  • Develops and manages strategic sourcing and staffing plans to support show development and production efforts.  Makes employment decisions, including hiring, terminating and promotional recommendations.  Evaluates subordinate personnel on creative, technical, leadership and interpersonal skills.  Negotiates and procures outside resources as necessary.  Ensures that staffing and resources are contracted and approved to deliver project deliverables in accordance with and approved project budgets and schedules.
  • Manages, interprets, communicates and presents Project concept and design intent development to a variety of audiences throughout the Project process.
  • Ensures conformance with, and acquires creative approvals from, 3rd Party Licensors as required, to provide design direction that is in conformance with any and all 3rd Party brand standards.
  • Develops, manages and reports status on design and production budgets schedules.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

SCOPE: Non-routine; general policies applied to frequently changing situations. Influences decisions of moderate nature requiring high degree of tact, diplomacy and maturity. 

EDUCATION:  Bachelor’s degree in Theatrical Arts, Theme Park Associated Design or related field is preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Required 3-5 Years: experience in theme park design and design management. Required 5-7 Years: experience in theatrical, theme park or other media related design/production field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Required: experience as an Associate Show Producer for theme park attraction projects in Design through Installation.

This is a comprehensive in-house resource for all video, podcast, and photography requirements in support of building the company brand.

The team are dedicated to delivering the best outcomes for their clients through a highly diversified range of actively-managed products. The team are also responsible for recording and editing all video and podcast content for clients, and they use an in-house studio facility to record high quality interviews using high quality cameras and lighting equipment.

This new permanent Senior Multimedia Producer role will be working within a high-energy and collaborative culture which helps their clients achieve their goals and ensures that the team love the place they work.

The successful candidate will be required to support the Head of Multimedia and the business with advanced multimedia requirements. The role will require the candidate to assist the Multimedia team in delivering an in-house agency model, providing next-level professional results with a focus on delivering:

Duties and responsibilities

· Deal with advanced animation skills across video, banners, and infographics
